I’m a loyal Southwest customer and Rapid Rewards member. I feel it’s necessary to tell you what happened on my flight on February **, ****. Tonight upon final approach on flight **** from BWI to CVG, the pilot announced that we were landing in Columbus. Or, he said, maybe Cleveland. Some C city, he added. Then after a pause, Cleveland. *Maybe he thought this was funny? But after a turbulent flight that required passengers to remain seated, it wasn’t funny. Honestly, no matter what it’s not funny. A pilot is supposed to sound calm and in control. This one sounded perhaps even a little tipsy? Or at best pretty tone deaf.
GetHuman-amhood did not yet indicate what Southwest Airlines should do to make this right.
