My luggage was damaged and I was offered a $*** airline ticket. Unless I could find the receipt for the purchase of the bag. I have not been able to find it, so would accept the ticket credit. The bag was originally viewed at Ft Lauderdale airport on November *th, ****, and again I went to see them on my return, December *th. At that time there argued with me that I had already accepted something, which was not correct. My sisters bad also was damaged, and she accepted payment for it, not me. I left in tears, as they would not listen, and insisted they were right. I then went to the damaged bag department in Phoenix, AZ. They found the info, and said if I could not find the receipt they would give me the $*** credit. I wanted more, because the suitcase was worth a lot more, but I did not keep the receipt. Now I have been trying to phone, but no luck getting through, so am hopefully contacting you this way.
