SWA canceled my flight out of San Jose forcing me to reroute through Oakland. Because of that cancellation, I get C boarding passes instead of A **-** where I typically am. That means shoehorning my *’*” frame into regular seats the entire way back because there aren’t exit rows or bulk head available by the time I board after the A group. There should be a way when it’s SWA’s cancellation to accommodate their best customers. Other than companion, it’s really tough to figure out the benefit of being a frequent flyer with SWA. For such a good airline in other areas, really dropping the ball here.
