I am so unsatisfied right now with this southwest service I received on Tuesday November **. I travelled from fort Lauderdale to montego bay only to when I reach I didn't receive any of mi two pieces of luggage. The customer service was very poor as the agent couldn't offer much assistance to the over ** passengers whose luggage's did not make the flight. Secondly I missed my reservation to travel to Kingston where I live. I contacted the mobay office on November ** and got thru after countless attempts, I was told that my luggages have arrived and was being sort to send to me, I waited up throughout the night as I would expect to give the driver direction, however no such call came. I called back the office today and was given the drivers number, when I made contact with him I receive one story for each call I made. I have been a loyal southwest client even began advertising for this airline. It is not easy to travel for * or * hours to take this airline . i missed two days from my jobs and as I am writing this email , my bag has not reached my hand. There need to be some form of compensation as stuff in my bag that were on the fridge must have spoil by now. I need a redress asap.
