I came on flight *** last Tuesday from fort Lauderdale to montego bay, when I arrived and waited to collect my luggage's, after some * hours I came to the realization that my luggage's did not make the flight. The southwest agents were of little help until the passengers start getting upset. I file my claim a while after. Due to the lengthy time spent trying to get the claim filed I missed my bus to Kingston, had to wait standby for another hour to see if seats were available on the last bus into Kingston. I contacted the southwest office the following day and was told my luggage's did not make the early flight however it should be on the late one. That same day I called back after ** pm and was told my luggage's had arrived and was behind sorted fort delivery, I waited and I waited the entire night but nothing was delivered , long and short is it took over ** hours for me to receive my luggage's, which by this time the frozen and cold stuff had taughed and yes drained all over my clothing item and toys I had bought for my children's Christmas. I need some redress from southwest authorities ASAP.
