I must express my dissatisfaction with my early bird check in. For $** I was given position B**. While I suppose o can believe that ** people paid the extra fee to get on early, what dismayed me was the man across from me with position B** or ** noted he did not pay extra and checked in at the!** hour mark. This leads me to believe I was not prechecked as advertised. I truly love flying SWA - always a great flight. But honestly I do not believe the extra payment was valued as shown.
