Hello,**My name is Hunter Olsen (RR* ***********). I was flying back to Denver today in Business Select on flight **** to Las Vegas and experienced an issue on my flight. I enjoy flying Southwest and always find the experience of traveling on your airline quite comfortable. I routinely volunteer to be bumped, as often as my schedule permits, in part to make it easier for your crews to depart on time. **However, today, despite paying for business select and selecting a seat in the first row of the plane, I found myself surrounded by a family who broke the rule that you are to leave the first row and exit row open if you pre-board. They also blocked an entire row with jackets and another seat with a book. Your staff saw what was happening at the front of the plane and did absolutely nothing.**While I enjoy kids and know families must often fly together, I did not appreciate having my seat kicked by the most energetic and loud young member of this rule breaking family for the duration of the flight. Clearly mom hasn’t quite figured out how to keep junior under control on a plane.**I put headphones in, but soon found even my music overshadowed by a size four shoe bouncing on my leg. The mom decided her child should visit another row.**I was disappointed in Southwest for letting an entire party so blatantly break the rules intended to be best for all passengers. **I would appreciate something as a show of good faith towards the airline enforcing its rules in the future.**Best,**Hunter
