Got a notification that ***** leaving PDX at *:** has been delayed * hours arriving too late for my ** year old husband to pick me up. Is it delayed? Can you rebook me for tomorrow am? My flight from SFO to PDX was cancelled the same morning I was due to fly. I’ve only flown SW for the last * years and this has never happened to me before. I am ** and one month post total knee replacement. Is this the way to treat such a loyal customer?
