Canceled a flight on may **, **** had a family emergency so I canceled my flight I had my sister book it and when I called they told me it was non-refundable and am still trying to get a refund on my purchase as I will not be flying at all anytime soon. I don't think I can burry my father for a *nd time if he died once already. I am beyond frustrated and it seems like I can't get anything resolved.
I trust that Southwest Airlines will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
