I am selling my condo and moving to another state. I want to have a final reading, and give the company my forwarding address.*I have written them a letter, but want confirmation of its receipt.
Resolution would be to answer when request for call back is made
I have been a customer of of good standing for more than ** years
I have tried call back requests, waited for more than * hours without success, and written a letter directed to customer service.

I waited on the phone line until someone came on. Of course it was the incorrect service person so I had to go through that again with another number....but Finally feel it is resolved.
