My gas Has been shut off since Monday, May *, **** I paid the full amount on that same day and scheduled restoring my service for the following dayWhen the technician got here he said heWas unable To access my water heater thing that he didn’t even turn on the meter so I can at least have a stove. He said he would reschedule for the next day and as it turns out now I am on day three no hot water and I have two young kids at home and I have to wait for them to come again tomorrow I can explain to them that I have two kids at home And if there was anyway someone can get out here today She disregarded my request and And kept asking me in the home tomorrow so she could reschedule for tomorrow I would like for someone to come today and they do have kids at home and we’re going on day three without hot water and a stove.
