JUST GET MY MORNING PAPER AS PAID FOR! ... ********** *:** pm EST*I've been a * day*week Sun Sentinel customer for over ** years at this same address! In the last * days, I no longer get my morning edition newspaper in the early morning, but NOW IN THE AFTERNOON!! Today, at * pm...I see it was floating in my swale from all the rain South Florida has been having! Earlier this afternoon I called *-***-***-**** to report this problem as again I had not received my paper at that time. After discussing this with (another country) ?? the Asian girl said she would report it. BUT, then she said to pay the bill on the phone today. (I am paid up already to June *, ****)! However, I did ...even though my paper at that time had NOT yet arrived. (payment confirmation *****Z*****). I'm very disappointed and would appreciate a courtesy of extending my next due date by another week. (Currently, after paying the $**.** the expiration date is July **, ****). I truly expected my home town newspaper to be more reliable. I am ** years old and rely on helpful information from my paper as I no longer have a TV. SEVERAL PHONE CALLS TO CUSTOMER SERVICE...BUT TO NO AVAIL. THEY DO NOT KEEP A **** SCHEDULE FOR DELIVERY PROBLEMS.

Calling every day (it will be in another country) until you get satisfaction. You will talk to someone who is NOT local and have to explain to them that you are in the United States and if they could expedite your request, it would be appreciated! It wasn't immediate, but I thank GetHuman for possibly helping my situation!
