Hello, I am having trouble accessing my account. I usually log in through Apple by entering my email and password, followed by entering a code received via text. However, today after completing these steps, I received an error message stating, "Sorry, there was a problem connecting." Clicking the link provided did not help, and I continue to encounter the same issue. Additionally, I have two accounts, and one of them does not recognize me as the account owner but rather as a follower. How can I regain access to this account and merge it with my other account, as they both have the username "Ilovepoems"? Thank you.

I'm having trouble resetting my password for my account "imsophiehbu." Even though I can log in on my phone, I'm unable to log in on other devices because the reset password email never arrives in my inbox ([redacted]). I still have access to this email and have been receiving emails today. I've tried sending the reset link multiple times, but it never comes through. Now, whenever I attempt to send it again, I get an error message saying, "something's gone wrong, please try again." I have another email, [redacted], where the reset link can be sent. However, I prefer it to be sent to my linked email. I'm willing to provide any necessary information for verification. I've cherished this account since I was fourteen, and I don't want to lose it. All I ask for is assistance in receiving the reset link at one of the provided email addresses, which is also linked to my SoundCloud account.

I need help resetting my password for my Soundcloud account (Username: imsophiehbu). I am currently logged in on my phone but need to access it from other devices. However, when I try to reset my password and request the link via email, I do not receive it. I recently logged into my SoundCloud account to enjoy some music. After briefly closing the app, I tried to reopen it only to find myself logged out. Despite multiple attempts to sign back in, I kept receiving vague error messages. Even on my laptop, I faced issues accessing my account, possibly due to reports or a misunderstanding regarding spam activity. My SoundCloud username is "Lil Aytee," and my tracks "I Want That" had over 2.3K plays, and "Off White" had [redacted] plays. I signed up on SoundCloud without an email address before. I think I might have used an email that I later deleted, but I am not certain. Now, I cannot access the account. Despite being able to search for my account (Shandy Poh) and access a profile URL, the system says it's invalid when I try to log in with it. I need help to recover the account as I have some songs uploaded on it.

Hello Soundcloud, Yesterday morning, I decided to delete my account because even after updating my profile photo, the old one kept appearing on new music posts. So, I thought it would be best to create a new account. However, I am encountering an issue when filling out the age and gender details on the new application. I recently canceled my SoundCloud account on the same day they charged me for the annual subscription. I hope to get my refund without needing to create a new account. I believe they should have sent a reminder email before charging me, allowing me to cancel beforehand. Without an active account, I don't want to be charged for a service I no longer use.

A few months ago, I decided to cancel my subscription to SoundCloud due to various reasons. I have noticed a decline in the app's quality and faced difficulties uploading songs onto my profile. Recently, I discovered that nearly half of my tracks had been removed from SoundCloud, including important ones with no other copies but on the platform. This realization was heartbreaking as those tracks held precious memories for me. I'm unsure why this happened, but if there is an archive storing all songs ever uploaded to SoundCloud, I hope my tracks are there. I used to greatly appreciate SoundCloud, but it appears that the platform has shifted focus towards profit rather than supporting artists as it used to. I would deeply appreciate any assistance in recovering those songs for me. The first track is titled "Pancakes," followed by about 10-15 others leading up to "Improvisational Indie Jam," with one called "Deep Jam" in between. Thank you for your consideration. I recently set up a Soundcloud account. Everything was going well until I took a break and returned to find myself unexpectedly logged out. Despite my attempts to sign back in, I received an error message stating my account details were incorrect. When I tried to create a new account, I was informed that my email was already in use. Password recovery also failed, stating my email was unknown. I'm now unsure how to proceed.

Regarding SoundCloud - After listening to a part of a song from another member, a persistent music player appeared at the bottom of my screen without an option to close it. It feels frustrating that such a simple task is made complicated by what seems to be a design flaw. It's disappointing that reporting these issues is not straightforward. As a new user, encountering unresponsive functions and glitches is discouraging. These difficulties are reminiscent of past negative experiences with other social platforms. Simplifying the process of removing the player would greatly improve the user experience. It's disheartening when websites prioritize convoluted tech over user-friendly interfaces. I have reached out to SoundCloud support multiple times via email but have only received automatic responses. The problem began when I was suddenly logged out of my account on my phone. Despite knowing my password, I kept receiving an error message stating either my email or password was incorrect. I managed to change my password through my linked email, but the issue persisted even with the new password. When I tried logging in on my laptop, it informed me that my account had been frozen. I have since emailed their support team four times, detailing the same issue. Since I rely on SoundCloud for my music uploads daily, this situation is causing significant problems for me. I have not found any relevant information online and am worried about losing access to my account. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I am well-known in Germany and a popular live performer with the artist name "AsmodeuZz." I have attempted to verify my profile to get the blue checkmark next to my name. Unfortunately, my first request was denied. I recently submitted a second verification request and now have to wait 30 days for it to be reviewed. I would like to have the blue badge to show my authenticity. I have been a Soundcloud Pro Unlimited user for almost 2 years and my profile has around 13,[redacted] current followers. I recently had two original songs, Priceless and If You Listen, removed from my profile due to alleged copyright infringement. However, I want to clarify that I have pending recording patents for both songs, which were created by my former band, The Chemical Connection. I personally recorded, mixed, mastered, and played on both tracks. I am seeking to have them reinstated as they do not infringe on any copyright laws. Regarding the Copyright Office notes, it states that a group of unpublished works can be registered in the same administrative class if specific requirements are met. These include having all works unpublished, providing titles for each work, ensuring they are created by the same author or joint authors, maintaining the same authorship claimed for each work, and having the same author and claimant.

I am puzzled about why there is a limit on how many songs I can like. When I was younger, I had a profile which I lost track of, but recently rediscovered it. I have been going through my old liked songs to add them to my new profile. I want all my old and new liked music on one profile, but today I received a message warning me about liking too many songs and a possible account deactivation. I want to clarify that I'm not promoting anything or spamming; I simply want to merge all my old songs into my new profile.

I would like to remove monetization from three of my songs on Soundcloud. I misinterpreted the rights I owned and realized I cannot profit from these tracks. I have not earned any money from them yet and want to address this promptly. The tracks in question are "Cody Parkey," "The Steek Boys," and "We're still the kids we used to be." My Soundcloud profile is under the name The Steek Boys.

I have been a Soundcloud creator member since around [redacted]/[redacted]. Recently, I upgraded to Soundcloud Pro and received a response thanking me for the upgrade. I realized that my primary email was outdated and needed to update it to the email below. I tried contacting Soundcloud Support to explain, but the process was challenging. They requested a photo of me holding a paper with a case number, which I sent days ago, but I haven't received a response. Despite sending additional emails to [redacted], I received a message today stating they don't monitor emails. I am a genuine musician facing difficulty with changing my primary email and managing multiple emails on my account.

Hello, my name is Lucas. I have a SoundCloud Pro account and I'm also an artist. I'm disappointed because I can't promote my tracks using "Promote By SoundCloud." Whenever I visit promotebysoundcloud.com, I receive a red notification stating "Only Pro Unlimited can use this method," etc. This has been very frustrating as a loyal SoundCloud customer. I believe my SoundCloud Go+ subscription is supposed to cost $9.99 per month. I purchased this through my Apple account, and I have been consistently charged $13.77 per month for about three years. Despite not using any Apple devices or emails, I contacted Apple support, and they informed me that the subscription is set to end on the 29th of this month. I am confused about why I have been charged an extra $3.77 each month when my subscription should only be $9.99. I need clarification on the correct monthly price and why I have been consistently charged $13.77 for nearly three years. According to Apple, the charge includes $12 something plus tax of around $0.77, totaling $13.77. However, SoundCloud's pricing information does not state a $12 charge. I am seeking confirmation of the monthly fee for my subscription and an explanation for the discrepancies in charges. It seems like I may have been overcharged, and I would like to understand and potentially receive a refund if necessary.

All these songs were created by me, and I am published by Mute Song with all necessary permissions.
