Hello everyone, I hope you're doing well. I am kindly requesting the cancellation of my SoundCloud Unlimited account for the time being. Additionally, could you please refund me the $16.00 charged for this last month's subscription? Due to my current job situation, I am unable to afford the subscription at the moment. I didn't receive my payment from SoundCloud Premier this month, even though I received the SoundCloud Premier payout email. I initially thought the issue might be due to my SoundCloud Pro subscription expiring, but after renewing it, I still haven't received my payment. I would like to get my payment promptly and transition to direct deposits instead of using PayPal, as I find their app and site inconvenient to use.

I haven't used SoundCloud in over two years, but it appears I still have an active automatic subscription that recently renewed. The renewal was processed on the 4th, and I noticed the charge on the 5th. I would like to cancel the subscription and request a refund since I no longer require the service. If it's feasible to receive a reimbursement for last year's charges when I didn't use the service at all, I would greatly appreciate it. However, at the very least, I need the most recent renewal refunded.

I encountered an issue with my subscription on Soundcloud. Before subscribing, I could preview songs for free, but now that I've subscribed, all my songs are only 30 seconds long. I feel frustrated and disappointed with this change and the quality of service. I am considering disputing the charges with my financial institution. I am curious about how to access full songs now that I'm a paying subscriber. I am somewhat active on social media platforms and plan to share my negative experience with Soundcloud. Thank you.

I recently got logged out of my SoundCloud account unexpectedly while listening to music. My phone froze, and when I reopened the app, it prompted me to log in again. Despite trying to reset my password multiple times, I never received any reset email. I searched everywhere and tried all available help centers. I created a new account with the same details, but my original account had premium features and all my playlists. I just want SoundCloud to help me regain access to my original account, as I still remember the login information. Alternatively, I would appreciate the option to receive a password reset email.

I have been attempting to cancel my membership for about a year now, and I am extremely frustrated. I have been charged every month for something I do not use. I created an account for the free trial period, used it for one month, and never used it again. The website informed me I could cancel over the phone, which turned out to be false. I do not have a computer or access to one. I would like a refund for all the charges. I do not usually get upset or complain, but being charged and deceived for a service I do not utilize is unacceptable.

I am currently being charged $9.99 for Go+ on my debit card but I want to cancel it. When I try to cancel it on my computer, I can't find my account status. My SoundCloud subscription is current. I have noticed that Soundcloud is charging my debit card twice each month. It seems that someone has used my card details to create an unauthorized account resulting in these overcharges for the last three months. I expect to be charged only $9.99 per month. I previously contacted a representative in October when this issue arose, but the contact number is now inactive. Following their advice, I created and canceled a new account as instructed, but the problem persists. I am seeking a refund for the duplicate charges over the last 3 months.

I am having trouble canceling my subscription. My account is linked to Facebook, but not to my email. When I try to cancel it using my email, a random username appears instead of my regular one. I joined using my Facebook account initially. I am facing financial difficulties and need to cancel this subscription to prioritize paying my bills and staying at home. I recently canceled my SoundCloud Go subscription last month because I didn't enjoy it. However, I noticed that $9.99 was deducted from my debit card without any notification. I would like to report individuals in Barnet, Enfield, and Haringey who I believe are associated with criminal activities. They have been manipulating my SoundCloud page and hacking my PC, residing at [redacted] Aldermans Hill, N13 4QD. I feel threatened by their behavior, including Gary Price who smokes crack and steals. They have been pressuring me to sing songs and making inappropriate demands. I suspect NHS staff involvement in stopping my monetization and extorting money through my banking app. I am concerned about their connections and the manipulation of my online presence. I urge for further investigation into these matters.

I have three SoundCloud accounts for different recording projects where I mostly work alone on multitrack recordings. Unfortunately, my laptop was stolen during a recent robbery, and it contained all my saved passwords for my accounts and email, which were synced to them. The accounts are: 1. soundcloud.com/craiganthonyfutch 2. soundcloud.com/soundcloud.com/user-[redacted]59+ 3. A third account that I can't recall the alias for, as it was the newest I was editing on Due to the robbery, my phone number and email address have changed. I'm reaching out for help to recover my accounts and safeguard my recordings as I am unable to access them without this information. Some of my original recordings were not copyrighted, and a few covers, such as a Johnny Cash one, have been removed. Any assistance in recovering my accounts would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Several of my tracks have been deleted due to supposed copyright violations and reports. While I understand and respect copyright laws, I find it frustrating to receive automated emails alleging that my track infringed on '?????????' by '????????'. I suspect some users are abusing the system to remove tracks and re-upload them. This situation is unfair, and I believe there needs to be stricter guidelines regarding reporting tracks for takedown. All reports should require valid and clear reasons to prevent misuse.

I subscribed to your service and provided my card information but haven't been able to access it. I have chosen to cancel the service and request that my card details be removed. Despite trying to unsubscribe, it still shows me as subscribed. I'm unhappy with the lack of communication options available. I'll be looking for a music app with better customer service.

I am looking for assistance in disabling the 'related tracks' feature on my SoundCloud account. I have encountered an issue where after playing one song, my listeners are directed to an unrelated track, specifically a speech related to a past tragic event. This feature is disrupting the presentation of my music. I believe there should be an option for users to prevent these arbitrary and irrelevant tracks from appearing, or to disable the feature altogether. It is imperative that SoundCloud addresses this issue promptly to ensure a better experience for users listening to music. I am considering exploring other music platforms if a solution is not implemented soon. SoundCloud, please offer the ability for users to block 'related tracks'. Thank you.

On April 14, [redacted], my name is Everett Campbell. My credit card has been charged consecutively for four months on the following dates: January 15, [redacted], February 11, [redacted], and March 12, [redacted]. Soundcloud should not be deducting money from my account as I had a negative experience with their website when my granddaughter tried to sign up, experiencing crashes multiple times. I canceled the subscription two weeks after signing up in January [redacted] and have not used the app since. This situation causes me stress, especially considering I am a disabled retired veteran. Soundcloud's communication for resolving this issue has been challenging. I prefer to handle this matter without involving the VA. Dear SoundCloud Support, I reached out on 11th & 13th May via email to request the cancellation of my SC subscription due to poor wifi and limited internet access. I encountered difficulty canceling through the app and missed the deadline inadvertently. Despite my efforts to communicate my request, my subscription remains active, and I was charged for another month on 9th June. Navigating your website to cancel took over 30 minutes, highlighting the lack of customer service responsiveness and website clarity. The absence of direct customer support options is frustrating for time-strapped users like myself. I urge for a refund of the May and June payments.
