I have received an email two months ago verifying that I canceled my soundcloud go subscription but yet it has charged me twice since then. And yes I am upset about my $** because at first I thought it was my fault but being that it wasn’t and I have two emails telling me that I successfully unsubscribed I’m not understanding why I am still being charged. I need this fixed immediately.
I want my money back is all I want. This is ridiculous. There should be no miscommunication or misunderstanding about ANYTHING being that I received an email from the month of JUNE AND JULY stating that my subscription had been cancelled but I WAS STILL CHARGED. And apparently I’m definitely not the only other customer who has had this problem. So to me it seems like you guys are taking everyone’s money but I want mine back. So I need this taken care of.
