Soundcloud.com doesn't have a customer phone number that is answered by an agent. Instead, GetHuman-wedinmel will want to follow the link below to head to their help center. We will check on GetHuman-wedinmel later to make sure it's all set or try to help escalate.
I am writing for *. I never signed up for you to be taking *.**$ out of my account monthly. Letting alone a dubble charge for this month. I signed up for the free trail and never resubscribed. Not once I have hit the re-subscribe button. All of the charges that for SoundCloud that have been taken from this account is theft! I do expect a full refund of all of the charges that have been made to the account. I do expect a speedy response as well on this matter. I will be calling my bank and letting them know that these charges are authorized by me. Thank you so much for your time. There really needs to be a better way to reach CUSTOMER SERVICE! E-mail and a computer do not cut it.
