In my order, two pairs (both size **) were delivered. However, one pair measures a full ***" SHORTER than the other pair. It also measures ***" shorter against another Sorel size ** shoe. It is obvious that, although the pair is marked as "Size **", it is NOT size **. I'd like an exchange for the correct size, if possible. But when I went to the Returns Page, I was asked to pay $*.** return postage. This was NOT my mistake. I cannot pay for a return if the wrong item was sent. When I called Customer Service, I was told there was a *** minute wait!
GetHuman5545143 did not yet indicate what Sorel.com should do to make this right.
