I have always been a huge SONY customer. However, now that has changed. I broke the screen on my SONY CZ Premium. I have called the SONY number for the United States. I have given all my information to the representative only to be transferred to their automated prompt to pay the $*** to fix my screen. NONE my credit cards were accepted. ALL of my cards are good. I have EXCELLENT credit. I even got on my home phone with American Express while being on my other phone with Sony. Amex states they did not receive a transaction from anyone and that’s what all my other credit cards say too. I even used my husband’s Amex and it said the same thing. Several people said they would escalate it and there has been NO one to that can take my transaction manually so I can get my Sony XZ Premium that I purchased last year they Amazon fixed. Since SONY no longer cares about American customers. All I want is for someone to find out what clinch is preventing and credit cards and now my husband’s(we both all excellent credit from being processed in this system. I JUST WANT my phone’s screen fixed. I have several SONY tablets and TV’s. I’m a very dissatisfied customer!!!!
