My sony reciever strdn**** i purchased a nee digital audio wire and i pulled it out of my reciever and the tv side when putting the new one on i put the tv side first no problem when i tried putting the one to the reciever it goes in but will not stay inside

Do not ever depend on sony corporatiion to fix anything i have been a customer for ** years first issue i have with one there items a billion dollar company and there warranty does not cover it i asked them if you do not cover thid little issue then you do not cover any product customers
