I purchased a Sony ** inch color tv - model KDL**W***D and the television has started having serious problems. I checked with the cable company, all is fine. They have checked and double checked and clearly stated that something is wrong with the TV itself. The TV stops functioning. A sign comes on that the signal is out, press the input button. We have done that at least * or * times over the two months we have had the TV. Often it would restart if we changed from HDM**Arc to HDM* and then returned to HDM*. However, this time the tv refuses to work no matter what we do, no matter what the cable provide does (rebooting, unplugging connections etc) Clearly something is wrong with the TV. I would like to return it, unless you can find the solution. My problem is disabled and the TV is his lifeline. He needs it working or we need *) a replacement or we will return the TV and buy a Samsung. **Maria
