I have a subscription with PlayStation for the PlayStation Plus subscription we are being charged twice a month for the same exact subscription this is been going on since March I have tried to contact customer service I have emailed you guys I've been respond reply back to that they cannot find the account but the charges are continuously being being charged to my account so I disputed a charge with my bank they were able to give me a one refund for the last four months I've been charged twice every month for the same subscription but I got one refund back in within that refund I also my other account was camped me dance but it doesn't make any sense because my subscription is current at least to the *th of next month you'll be a subscription is going to be charged on the **th of this month I'm not aware because I have not been able to get in touch with customer service to speak to anyone but my son has canceled his descriptions so that we could get to figure out why am I being charged twice and no one is responding
