The issue in GetHuman-ferdied's own words
Pair the Sony WI-C*** wireless headset with my iPhone XR after charging the unit overnight. ... I purchased a Sony WI-C*** wireless headset on March **th. It stopped working * weeks post purchase. The indicator light remains purple in color. The unit does not turn on, does not turn off, and no longer pairs with my iphone. I would like to return the unit to Sony and get another brand new replacement unit.
It appears that other customers were having the same issues. The unit is only * weeks old and it failed on me.
I would like to return the faulty WI-C*** unit to Sony. I would like Sony to ship me a brand new replacement WI-C*** unit to my home address. I will provide this address upon request.
I have purchased numerous Sony products through the years. Never experienced issues with previous Sony products. I would like to continue supporting the Sony brand.
