I bought * MDRRF***RK headphones from Vivatech Elect. LLC through PayPal November **********. When received, one of the headsets had no sound & called CustomerRelations and told them the problem. They requested a receipt and I sent the receipt I received from PalPay saying "sent a payment of $**.** to Vivatech electronics LLC. I'm sure you are aware of PayPal which I use whenever buying on line. Your customer service told me that was not a valid receipt. Are you kidding me! I'm sure you have other customers that use PayPal and know that their receipts also come from PayPal. If you accept PayPal you should then accept their receipts. I cant believe that a company of your status will not honor the warranty. It just goes to show that customer service really is not for the customer. I have a case number ******** and sent another copy of PayPal receipt on ********* showing receipt & payment but rejected before even looking at it. As you can tell I'm not a happy customer and feel you need to revisit receipt qualifications. Diana Kilbride
