The issue in GetHuman-mikespig's own words
Put in a specific code for Call of Duty Black Ops * ... So I went to GameStop, and I got my Call of Duty Black Ops * downloadable codes early. There were * codes* * on the top for a website, and * on the bottom, which were the Digital Deluxe Edition and the Standard Edition. The standard Edition was for my little brother. I went home in a rush, put the top code in, and didn’t realize I put in the wrong code until I saw my brother click on the more expensive edition, and now I can’t do anything about it except feel like an idiot.

Go on my account and please remove the entire code and the edition of Call of Duty Black Ops * so I can use the other code. Please make the code usable too so my brother can put the code in for himself.
