Dear Sony, I have been charged £** from an account and I would like to have a refund. I was told to give my number for a vertification, for example a * digit number on instagram,Snapchat etc. I got a message saying to confirm press y and I didn’t understand what it meant so I texted the person and asked them what happens if I press y. He told me to press it and that it would cancel the vertificarion. He Also told me I only had ** seconds so I press y and get a recipet saying that £** has been taken off my account. At the bottom of the recipet it said to stop this charge send STOP. I did that however the message did not deliver. This was clearly a scam and I hope you can do something about it.
