SONY SENT ME THE SECOND WIRELESS HEADSET(SERVICE *********). IT WON'T CHARGE. THERE IS A SHORT IN THE BATTERY COMPARTMENT. IT IS WORSE THEN THE FIRST ONE THEY REPLAScED. PLEASE E MAIL A RETURN LABEL, AGAIN! IT KEEPS SHUTTING DOWN! I WE HAVE ANOTHER MODEL FOR REPLACEMENT??? I HAVE HAD HEADSETS FOR OVER ** YEARS DUE TO HEARING PROBLEMS, BUT NEVER HAD ONE AS BAD AS THIS. LIKE I SAID THIS ONE DOES NOT WORK. THANK YOU CLARENCE COLLINS ***-***-****. LET ME KNOW HOW WE ARE GOING TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE!!!!!
