I purchased Sony speaker SRS-XB** in January **** for a friend's birthday present. In April I realized the friend was not going to use the gift so I decided to use it for myself. When I synced it with my echo dot and my Mac laptop, I experienced the sound coming in spurts, like the music was skipping. I tried to return it, with a receipt to Best Buy in Wilmington NC where it was purchased. I was told the refund period had expired and they suggested I return it to Sony. How do I proceed with this?
