I live in Canada. I don't want to phone a toll free * and be told that I live outside the jurisdiction and will be charged. Furthermore the wait was ** min and the music was going in and out so I could not have heard anyone anyway. I need to update my system but it won't let me in using my email address and password. I changed my password and it wouldn't accept that either. so my system is worthless to me.

GetHuman-baheggie did not yet indicate what Sonos should do to make this right.
