I have two systems/inverters, and I use the Tesla monitor app on my phone. Previously, when I monitored both inverters on my computer, I could easily see their production, ensuring they were both working at full capacity. However, on the phone app, one inverter only shows a maximum of 7.5 kW per hour. This discrepancy has led to my true-up with PG&E almost doubling compared to last year. Over the last four months, there has been minimal production, even after a technician visited in January and fixed one panel. Despite my attempts to contact Tesla multiple times, I have not received any response through phone or email. My contact details are [redacted]. Thank you. - James/Peggy Myers, [redacted] Phoenix Lake Rd, Sonora, CA [redacted]

I had Solar City panels installed in June [redacted] with an 8 panel system that failed to lower my SDG&E bill. Upon discovering that 4 panels were unplugged, I replaced the system with Enphase Energy, effectively reducing my bill. Removing the Solar City panels led to a contract breach, resulting in a lien from Tesla since they retrieved their panels later on. Now, as I plan to sell the house, I require copies of my monthly bills paid to Solar City between June [redacted] and December [redacted].

I currently have a solar panel lease, and we have been trying to sell our house for over a year. Despite having had [redacted] showings and walkthroughs, we have not received any offers because of the leased solar panels. Tesla has discontinued the lease program in favor of a Rental/Subscription program. I am interested in the option provided in the new program, which allows for the removal of the panels to facilitate the sale of our home. Even though our lease agreement with SolarCity states that the sale of our home will not be hindered, that is precisely what is happening. As retirees on a fixed income with serious health concerns, selling our home has become a pressing need. Your assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I have noticed that a few solar panels on my system are not working, leading to reduced solar power generation. Despite being informed that maintenance was done electronically last year, it seems no action was taken until now. This lack of communication is quite frustrating, especially considering the high bills I pay for renting the system. As an elderly person on a fixed income, having an efficient solar system is crucial for managing expenses. I am reaching out to seek clarity on the reimbursement process for the power loss. Any guidance on whom to contact regarding this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, G.T. [redacted] Wilben Road, Linthicum, Maryland [redacted].

Hello, I am facing issues with my Solar system that has been down for six months despite multiple visits from SolarCity technicians. Communication with support two months ago yielded no resolution, and I am still without service while continuing to make payments. Unfortunately, I am currently unable to reach a customer service representative and the website transition to Telsa.com has caused further complications. The agreement was simple - I pay for the service, and it should be provided. If the matter is not addressed promptly, I will cease payments and escalate the situation until it is resolved to my satisfaction. Disappointed with SolarCity's lack of service, M.S. We recently acquired a home with a leased solar system from Tesla. We require assistance in transferring the account ownership to us. Presently, the system is registered under the previous owner's email, and we are unable to link it to the Tesla app. This process, essential for connecting the solar panel system to our account on the Tesla app, must be done by Tesla. Despite multiple attempts, we have not received any response via phone or email from Tesla regarding this crucial update.

I used to be a Solar City customer and had a skylight leak issue two years ago. The crew took panels from the roof but never returned. The Sparrowhawk withdrawals stopped, and I planned to cancel but got surprised last month with a $21.44 charge, and this month with a $95.18 charge. I don't understand what I'm being charged for without any contract, panels, or energy savings. Please resolve this promptly and refund my money. Sincerely, Dee C. Good morning, I am reaching out regarding a property located at 57 Hillside Dr., Wolcott, CT. My client is in the process of purchasing this home which has your panels installed and leased by the current owner. We have recently discovered that the panels are not owned as previously stated. To proceed with closing using FHA financing, we need an addendum to waive restrictions including the credit score requirement and the $[redacted].00 exception fee. Additionally, the addendum must outline the options available to the mortgagee in the event of foreclosure. Our closing is scheduled for Monday, August 31, [redacted], and we urgently require these documents. Without them, we will be unable to proceed with closing, affecting three other properties contingent on this transaction. I kindly request your prompt assistance in providing the necessary documentation today, Saturday, August 29th, [redacted], to expedite the underwriting process and successfully close on the property. Feel free to contact me on my cell at [redacted]. Thank you, Annie L’Altrella

We had solar panels installed on our house in [redacted] through a Use and Maintenance Agreement with SolarCity. Since then, no one has come to check on their condition, unlike some of our neighbors who had theirs replaced due to failures. We believe it's time for a check-up, especially since our energy bills are higher than a neighbor with a similar home but no solar panels. We've been trying to address this with SRP but haven't gotten a resolution. We are aware of Tesla's acquisition of SolarCity but have not received formal notification of the agreement transfer. If you are no longer providing services, please let us know if there would be any cost for an inspection. Thank you. - Gabriel & Marilyn L.

Hello, our residence is situated at [redacted] Appian Way, Sebastopol, CA [redacted]. We have been using a Solar City System for a few years and are content with it. Currently, we are in the process of refinancing our home. The refinancing company is inquiring about what would occur if our property goes into foreclosure while a leased Solar System is installed. I have provided the warranty information paperwork to our local mortgage company, and they require clarification on this matter. Thank you, Gene B. Regarding Transfer Agreement "JB-[redacted]-00" I recently closed escrow on a house in Apple Valley, California, on Oct 7, [redacted], which has a Tesla Solar System. I, along with the previous owner, submitted the signed Transfer Agreement to Tesla Solar City through the Escrow Company. Despite this, Tesla has not processed the agreement yet. This has led to the previous owner still getting billed and me, as the new owner, not receiving any system-related information or billing details. Numerous attempts via email and phone calls by the Escrow Company, the previous owner, and myself to contact Tesla have been futile. Emails go unanswered, and phone calls are stuck in a never-ending hold loop without any human interaction. It is crucial for Tesla Solar City to expedite the processing of Transfer Agreement "JB-[redacted]-00." I am urgently requesting that a Tesla service representative reach out to both the previous owner and me promptly for resolution, or else we may consider terminating the lease agreement.

When the solar panels were installed on our house, we were assured that pigeons wouldn't be able to get underneath them. Unfortunately, they have managed to nest under the panels, causing damage to the roof. I am seeking assistance in resolving this issue. Would it be possible to have the pigeons removed or prevent them from nesting under the panels? The damage they are causing to the roof outweighs the savings from the solar panels. Thank you for your help. Address: David G. [redacted] W Northern Lights Way Buckeye, AZ [redacted]

I have received the following information and have been attempting to reach out to Tesla without success. I recently purchased a home at [redacted] Rock Wren Ct, North Las Vegas, NV [redacted]. The sale closed on March 11th, with ownership transferring around March 5th from the former owners, Jim & Angie Ellsworth. Currently residing in WA state, we have not yet moved into the property. Due to my daughter contracting Covid, our relocation plans were postponed. We aim to move in around 7 weeks from now. I need assistance from Tesla regarding the property for the upcoming weeks. Unfortunately, I am unable to reach anyone as I do not have a specific contact or account set up. The account setup link I received has expired. I am seeking guidance as I am unfamiliar with Nevada and the property remains unoccupied. Thank you, Robin B. [redacted] Current Address: [redacted] 66th Ave W., Mountlake Terrace, WA [redacted]

Hello, I am experiencing issues with the solar panels reporting and require assistance. I am physically disabled with only one working hand, so when a technician arrives, they need to ring the bell and announce themselves before coming in as I will be in the back. The account in question is under my wife's name, Nesa Hataloski, located at [redacted] Cahuenga Dr, Oxnard, CA [redacted], with a lease payment of $84.81 due on the 1st of every month. An order was placed on 8/28/[redacted] with the reference Order# EN[redacted]. I recently switched internet providers from Spectrum to Frontier Fiber Optics, and upon connecting the SolarCity Gateway to the new NVG468MQ MODEM/WIFI ROUTER, only the power light turns on, while the others remain off. I have ensured the rj45 connection is in place. Thank you, Wallace J. Hataloski

I requested a copy of my lease contract over the phone, and they claimed to have sent it but then stated I didn't have a lease, just an account related to energy consumption. They mistakenly showed me the details of a Raymond Smith in Rocklin, CA, not Lincoln, CA, where my home is located. They have been billing me for the wrong account, resulting in inflated bills. I need them to rectify this by sending me my lease contract, updating my account information, and refunding the overcharges dating back to when the incorrect billing began. I have previously disputed this matter with them, and one of their representatives was rude and dismissive, even claiming she had sent the lease contract via email.

I am inquiring about the status of my Solar City unit and the need for a check-up. After spending 2 hours on the phone on October 1, [redacted], with Tesla, it was discovered that I was not in their records. My home at Sonoran Commons, a former model and sales office, had the solar system installed by Taylor Morrison in [redacted], and I have lived there since [redacted]. I was informed that Taylor Morrison did not inform Solar City of my home purchase, causing the lack of information. I now have an ID# JB-[redacted]-00. I was in the process of arranging a check-up for my unit when I got disconnected while waiting for a tech to assist me. Rather than starting over with a new call, I opted to reach out via email for assistance. Any help on this matter would be greatly appreciated. Sincerely, J.L. A few years back, Solar City installed panels on my Riverside, CA home while I was leasing. I set up autopay with my Mastercard to ensure timely payments. Recently, upon selling my house, I discovered a nearly $5,[redacted] outstanding balance that I settled before closing escrow. Now residing in Goodyear, AZ, I seek solar for my new home. While the service in So. Cal. was outstanding, a mix-up led to missed payments. Despite a credit due from Edison, my auto payments ceased due to inability to reach me, a situation I find unacceptable. I'm contemplating purchasing panels this time around if feasible. I'm disappointed in the service but open to a compelling offer to retain me as a customer. I urgently require solar set up in my new location. Please reach out promptly to confirm my value as a customer and discuss options. Valerie Brust [redacted] W. Amelia Drive Goodyear, Arizona [redacted]
