The issue in GetHuman986401's own words
I am in the process of remodeling and upgrading my kitchen,, As part of that process, there are changes being made on my electrical system in my home. My contractor and I have been attempting to speak with an electrician or someone who can authorize my electrician to do what is necessary to complete the electrical service steps. We have made *-* calls per day since last Wednesday and have been told we would receive a call back That has yet to happen. Should we not get a response, we will assume that we can proceed without problems or issues related to my contract with Solar City * Tesla.
Every call has ended with a promise to forward the message to the appropriate parties. If that has happened there has been no follow up. As a customer who has paid all bills on time, I am frustrated with the inability or unwillingness of solar city to respond in any way to my questions.
Sending an electrician to look at the the ie or authorizing my electrician in by email to proceed as needed.
I have been a customer for *** years and my bill is paid time and regularly.
