I recently bought CO2 canisters from Target & Walmart, thinking the $14.99 was a bottle deposit, not a licensing fee. Despite my misunderstanding, I purchased 6 canisters for an event. Upon trying to return 4 empties, I was told no refunds. Customer service mentioned I could receive $1 each, but Target refused the return. Despite being a licensed seller, neither the employee nor the supervisor could assist, declining to call SodaStream. Frustrated after wasting time at the store and on the phone, I ended up leaving the canisters behind. Although it's only $4 lost, I'm disappointed by the lack of support and confusion around the return policy.

I have a 4-year-old Soda Stream that used to work well, but recently, my wife noticed a decrease in fizziness despite making 4 bottles a day. I exchanged a bottle thinking it was defective, but the issue persisted. After researching online, I checked for two washers at the canister connection, tried pressurizing with water, and confirmed two different nozzles on CO2 cylinders. I have the larger nozzle on my refill canister. Will my Soda Stream not work with this type of nozzle, and how can I ensure I receive the smaller one if that's the problem?

I received my SodaStream about a month ago and only used it a few times. I wanted to finish the carbonated soda I had before using the machine. On Tuesday, December 18, I called because my machine wasn't working, and they mentioned it was the electrical cord and said they would send me a new one. I called back on Friday, December 22, and was informed it hadn't shipped but they would try to expedite it. On Monday, December 24, I learned they couldn't expedite shipping due to Hasmet rules, which confused me as it's just an electrical cord. I finally received an email that my item was being prepared for shipping. The shipper initially suggested a delivery date of Friday, December 28. However, I just checked again, and now it says it's arriving a week later on January 4th. I am frustrated as my nephew recommended ordering directly from you for good customer service, which I have not experienced. If I hadn't listened and ordered from Amazon Prime, I would have received the cord in two days, not two weeks. I am considering returning the machine and purchasing from Amazon due to this delay. It's disappointing as I had high hopes for your service, but it seems it's not reciprocated.

When carbonating my bottles, I am experiencing water spraying past the neck of the bottle, resulting in flat water. I have tried to ensure the bottle is properly seated, but the issue persists. The first Sodastream I received as a birthday gift last July developed the same problem this spring. It was returned for a replacement under warranty about six weeks ago. I am disappointed in the quality and reliability of your product. H.J. DG2 0JL

I recently purchased a SodaStream, and after placing the water bottles in the dishwasher as recommended since they are labeled as dishwasher safe, I discovered that they have become distorted and the bottoms have popped off. I adore my SodaStream, and it has replaced all other drinks for me, becoming my go-to kitchen appliance. I use it daily, but I am now unable to do so because the bottles no longer fit into the SodaStream. I am hopeful that you can send me a couple of replacement bottles so that I can continue to enjoy using my SodaStream.

I've owned a SodaStream for three years and received the new Fizz model for Christmas [redacted]. Unfortunately, the Walmart and Meijer stores in Sault Michigan rarely stock the refills I need, especially the new quick connect refills. The employees mentioned they don't frequently exchange these new refills. I would appreciate it if the stores could consistently supply the refill cylinders I require, as this is a common issue in my area. Having to order refills online adds an extra $10-$15 for shipping, which is frustrating. I hope this situation can be resolved so I can easily purchase the refills in-store without extra costs.

In Sault Sainte Marie, Michigan, I am struggling to find refill options for my new SodaStream Fizzi. I have been a loyal SodaStream user for four years and typically purchase refills from Walmart or Meijer in Sault Michigan. Unfortunately, these stores only carry the quick connect refills, which the employees mentioned are not frequently restocked or exchanged. If the local stores cannot provide the refill options for my SodaStream, then I see no point in keeping it. I am requesting a refund as it is inconvenient and costly to constantly order refill options from your company when they should be readily available in the stores where the product was purchased. This ongoing issue is frustrating, and I urge you to address it promptly. Thank you.
