Messages:**-We cannot verify the information you provided.**-After you provide the information requested below, you will receive a letter with your reset code and instructions.**I requested information, had spoken to SSA Agent that sent me a temporary password, I put in my user name and the temporary passcode and STILL didn't get into my account and so I put in the information requested and was given the previous error messages
