I changed my banking facility in August and did not receive a check in September ****. I contacted Social Security on **** and all my information was changed to Chase Bank (or so I thought). I was advised that the check that was returned to the Treasury Dept would be redeposited and I would also receive my October benefit in one lump sum. This amount was deposited in my new bank.*I thought that everything had been straightened out, however, I did not receive my November benefit. I again call Social Security and was advised that my bank had not been changed in the government system. I was told to go to the SSA administration in my city and to change the bank info online. I made the necessary changes on the site and went to the Social Security Office but the crowd was too great and rowdy for me to stay.**I am wondering if I can get my November*December checks like last time as I don't think things will be changed till January ****.**Thank you for your help.
