I was on hold for ** mins, reached a representative, needed to extend my permissions to speak on behalf of my client and while dialing her in for a conference call, the rep CANCELLED the call to your survey! I would like to have this call back ESCALATED! She is being billed at an increased income level that she has never earned! Humana also informed you of her Part B subsidy on *** and it is still not processed. To wait that long on hold in order to clear up a mistake on SS's part and then essentially get hung up on is unconscionable. This is on top of your agency misplacing nearly ** years of employment records and telling her she was no longer eligible for SS or Medicare. Thankfully that was cleared up, but now we are dealing with this issue.
