To Whom it May Concern:**I wanted to contact to express that I was very disappointed in a recent photo book order (**************). I had ordered the same project a few months ago and was very pleased with the way it turned out, as I have been with all my previous orders. Before ordering three more books, I made a minor adjustment and removed one embellishment off the cover and subbed one photo out on an interior page. I did not change anything else about the book. **When I received the order of three books, however, the text on one page (a page in which had not had any changes made to it) was somehow enlarged*shifted and did not print the entire phrase and the photo above the text seems to be cropped closer to the edge. In addition, the cover photo doesn’t seem to be printed squarely on the cover of the book (i.e. – the cover photo is shifted to the left resulting in it wrapping slightly around to the binding and leaving a white border*edge around the picture on the front. This also results in the binding text being shifted instead of centered). I have photos I can send for your reference.**I have ordered many photo books through Snapfish before and have always been very pleased with my orders and even urge people to use Snapfish over Shutterfly if they do not already. This particular order, though, upset me greatly and I was very disappointed in the quality of the printing and production of the books.**I would love to have reprints made of the books – they are holiday gifts and I would like to not present them with mis-cropped photos and unfinished text.**Thank you for your time!**Emma Sydor
