Unfortunately, my order was canceled by Snapdeal, and they attempted to refund me on 28/5/21. However, the refund has not been credited to my account yet. Snapdeal requested my bank statement from 24/5/21 to 6/6/21, but since there were no transactions after 18/5/21, I sent them statements from 6/5/21 to 6/6/21 multiple times. Despite this, they continue to ask for the same information that I have already submitted. The refund amount is [redacted] rupees. Snapdeal's customer service has not reached out to address my concerns. What should my next steps be?

Dear Sir/Madam, I previously reported the non-delivery of a pack of three Bullmer Cotton Blend Multi printed T-shirts under my complaint with reference number [redacted]6 dated 24/08/[redacted]. I'd like to provide more details regarding this issue. The pack of 3 T-shirts from Bullmer made of cotton blend with multi prints has not been delivered to me, despite receiving a message stating the delivery was completed on 24/08/21 at 01:02. I did not receive any calls from the delivery boy before the supposed delivery. During previous deliveries, I always received advance calls to assist the delivery person in finding my residence easily. If the item has indeed been delivered, kindly send the delivery boy whose name is on the delivery report from 24/08/[redacted], so I can inquire about the delivery error and work towards resolving it amicably. I am inquiring how the item was delivered without any calls to my mobile at [redacted]. There are no voice calls from Snapdeal delivery boys in my call log. I urge for a prompt resolution to this matter to strengthen my trust in shopping with your company even more than before.

Reference Number: [redacted]6 dated August 24, [redacted]. I previously reported an issue regarding the non-delivery of the pack containing 3 Bullmer Cotton Blend Multi-printed T-shirts. According to your records, it was supposedly delivered on August 24, [redacted], at 01:02 p.m. However, on August 26, [redacted], the delivery person arrived after 12 p.m. and mentioned that he tried looking for my house, then left when he couldn't find it, claiming a friend had found my location. When asked how he communicated the delivery to the customer, he responded poorly. He then requested my identification, presented a poorly packed parcel, and upon examining it an hour later, one T-shirt was missing, implying tampering had occurred. While grateful for the replacement order, I am concerned about replicating the original packaging provided and dealing with the company's protocol. I anticipate a prompt and satisfactory resolution. Dear Sir/Madam, I would like to bring to your attention an issue regarding a recent delivery from Snapdeal. I received a message on 24/08/21 at 01:02 pm confirming the delivery of one pack of 3 Bullmer cotton blend multi-printed T-shirts. However, upon inspection, the delivery was incomplete. A delivery person later came to my residence claiming his friend attempted delivery but was unsuccessful in locating my address. He then left without delivering the item. Furthermore, upon questioning, the delivery person admitted to misleading me about the delivery status. Subsequently, on 26/08/[redacted], the same delivery person returned with a package and requested my Aadhar card before handing it over. Upon opening the package, I discovered that only 2 T-shirts were included, missing one Bullmer cotton blend multi-printed T-shirt. I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter promptly and ensuring the missing T-shirt is delivered to me at the earliest convenience. We have received a different product than what we originally sent to the customer. The product sent was a yellow ajrakh modal silk saree, but we received a different item in return, which does not belong to us. We have attached a photo of the product we received in error. We kindly request Snapdeal to investigate this matter promptly and assist us with resolving this issue. We believe the customer may have switched the products, leading to this confusion. We are not in a position to process any refunds and urge Snapdeal not to refund the customer as this situation is not our fault. It is essential to verify why the product was not inspected by Snapdeal before being returned to us. The customer's dishonest actions have led to this mix-up, and we would like our original product returned to us instead of processing a refund.

Two suborder IDs ending in ...[redacted] and ...[redacted] were placed on 22.12.21 for 2 pairs of Generation Next Kurta Pajamas. Although the package received was marked with a quantity of 2 and cash on delivery price of [redacted] INR, only one pair was found inside. The app's order details indicate separate packages. I have attempted to contact via phone and chat with no response. Kindly address this issue promptly by sending the remaining pair or initiating a refund. Thank you for your assistance. Regards, M.P. I placed my order on September 10th and cancelled the "Dust and Shine Accu Pressure Bead Back" order on September 11th, requesting a refund of Rs [redacted]. I encountered difficulties trying to track the refund as the provided suborder ID was [redacted]6. Despite several attempts via phone and chat support, I have not been able to get clear information or assistance on the refund status. It has been frustrating, especially considering my history of purchasing from the company since [redacted].

Good evening, I recently started working at Snapdeal. I really enjoy this job. I met some girls there who helped me understand how to work. They provided me with 10 tasks for trading, and after completing them, I was supposed to receive my money. I invested an insufficient amount of money. On September 30, [redacted], one of the girls told me to withdraw my money, and I followed her instructions. However, the money was sent back to my cabin, not my account. When I asked her why I couldn't withdraw my money, she said there was an anomaly in my account and asked me to deposit more money to verify me. I trusted her and added [redacted] rubles to the account. It's been 4 days, and my payment is still pending. This woman has not contacted me since; she simply disappeared. What should I do? Please help me. She mentioned working in a trading center, but I don't know which one. Her name in Telegram was Tatyana Poizhaeva.

The customer service for returning my product was not satisfactory as they tried to claim that the color of the product was yellow when I had purchased a green toilet cleaning brush available in four colors. When I challenged the inconsistency, the agent showed me a message on their phone stating "quality check failed." This led to a confrontation as he realized his mistake and then proceeded to become rude, threw the product, grabbed his phone, and left abruptly.

I ordered two products and paid online in full. The amount was deducted from my account, but the app is requesting repayment. After investigating, I noticed that the price for one of the products had increased. I kindly ask Snapdeal to honor the deal price at the time of the order, or I will consider taking this matter to the consumer court. Having a real customer service representative or a live chat option could have resolved this matter more efficiently. It feels like a situation driven by greed.

I received 2 sets of multi-colored handkerchiefs (pack of 12), but unfortunately, one set was different from what I ordered, and the second set had quality issues. I raised 2 return requests for product pick-up and refund, but Snapdeal customer care team rejected both requests without arranging a return pick-up. They claimed my return requests did not pass their internal checks. As a paying customer, I believe I have the right to return or exchange items. It is disheartening that Snapdeal denied my basic rights and failed to cooperate. I hope for a fair resolution soon as I've only faced rejections and denials up to now. Thank you, Anjana.

I'm disappointed with the delivery service. My order from last week still hasn't arrived despite several rescheduling attempts. The address, Parul University, is straightforward, yet the delivery has not been successful. I no longer wish to receive the item and would like to cancel it. The lack of communication and failure to ask for directions has led to unnecessary inconvenience. This shopping experience has been incredibly frustrating.
