I am Gary Moore, and I have discovered that someone is using my face without permission in numerous videos on an app called Cameos Stories. They have portrayed me as a girl, which is inaccurate, and have created content that I find degrading. I insist that all these videos be taken down immediately. If this is not done promptly, I will take legal action for discrimination and defamation. It is essential to block the individual responsible from accessing the app in the future. I recently experienced an issue with my Snapchat account being permanently removed without warning. The reason given was for violating community guidelines, possibly due to a snap I posted on my private story about weed. I want to emphasize that I have a medical card for weed and use it for anxiety relief. I have been using Snapchat for over 4 years as my main camera source and have valuable memories stored on the app that I did not back up. This includes pictures of my high school years, my pets (including one who has passed away), and my family and friends. I was not aware of the option to backup memories until now, and I would like to either retrieve access to my account to back up my memories or create a new account.

Hello, my Snapchat account got locked today, and I've sent multiple support messages trying to get help to unlock it. I understand that unlocking accounts might not be possible, but this situation is important to me. My account was locked unexpectedly. I can explain what happened - I posted a picture of fake drugs, which were actually just sherbet tablets, on a private story with my best friends. It was meant as a joke, but now I'm locked out. I'm only 15, I would never promote drugs, and losing access to my account has been distressing. There are messages from a friend who passed away that I treasure. I'm not sure if my friends reported me or not. I would appreciate any help in either retrieving my account or starting fresh with a new one. My Snapchat account has been locked for the second time in two days. The first instance occurred because I added too many people without having a verified phone number. Despite promptly verifying my phone number upon regaining access, my account was locked again exactly 48 hours later. I used Snapchat around 11pm to send some snaps to friends. However, when I attempted to log in again two hours later, I discovered that my account was locked. The message indicated that my account had been permanently locked, but I had not engaged in any unusual activity and had only used the app recently. As I did not breach any guidelines or use third-party applications, I suspect my account may have been compromised. Despite various attempts, I am unable to create a new account as the app keeps displaying an error message. I used Snapchat around ** PM to send snaps to a few friends. When I attempted to log in again after * hours, I encountered difficulty accessing my account as it had been permanently locked. Despite using the app recently and following all guidelines, my account was inexplicably locked, leading me to suspect it was hacked. Subsequently, any attempts to create a new account were met with an error message stating "could not connect, try again later." Repeated efforts to set up a new account have been unsuccessful. This morning, I was unable to access my Snapchat account. I suspect it may have been hacked or erroneously blocked. I have never used unauthorized apps or violated any policies on Snapchat. My friend Gemma works at a pizza parlor. Last week, her account was permanently locked after posting a video of their pizza toppings. We all assumed Snapchat mistakenly flagged the mushroom topping as illegal. Gemma created a new account and asked us to share her username to reconnect with friends after the lockout. I posted her username with a photo, jokingly mentioning she was "banned for selling shrooms." Shortly after, my account got permanently locked too. I lost a snapstreak because the other person's account was temporarily taken. I've reached out to Snapchat, but they won't restore the streak. It feels unfair since the loss was out of our control. Is there anything else I can do to get the snapstreak back?

I lost my phone recently, which has all my important information, including my Snapchat account linked to iCloud. Unfortunately, I forgot my password, and I am unable to access my email as it's locked. On Tuesday the 8th, I received a suspicious link from a girl that resulted in me being logged out of my Snapchat account. I suspect she accessed my account and obtained photos of me, leading to blackmail attempts for money. To protect myself, I deleted my account, but now I realize I need to retrieve it. According to Snapchat support, reactivating within 30 days should be possible, but despite waiting over 24 hours, I am unable to regain access. Every time I attempt to log in, I receive the error message 'could not find matching credentials,' despite changing my password multiple times in an effort to access my account. I have tried various solutions, such as resetting my password multiple times and logging in on different devices, but to no avail. Within my account, I have cherished memories from middle and high school, photos of my growing cat and new kitten, and much more. Unfortunately, I have not backed up these photos and am unable to create a new Snapchat account due to my email ([redacted]) being linked to another account and my phone number ([redacted]) being locked. I am willing to provide any necessary proof of my identity. I desperately need access to my account, as it contains important dates, contact information, and more. Despite entering the correct password after changing it, I continue to receive the 'oops could not find matching credentials' message. Concerned about being tracked and hacked, I decided to cancel my cell plan, reset my Apple devices to factory settings, and update my phone number to stop the hackers' access. Snapchat has unexpectedly and unfairly locked me out of my account, leaving me heartbroken. Despite never violating any rules, my access has been cut off.
