I am unable to access my Snapchat account. I have the account name "Italianantihero" and know the email associated with the account, which is "[redacted]". The password I used is "docrivers2". I have also tried to log in using the email address but discovered the email no longer exists. My name on the account is Adam Sarduci. Hello, yesterday I created an additional account on Snapchat and now I have two accounts linked to different email addresses but the same phone number. Today, when trying to access my old (main) account, I am unable to do so. Despite changing the password multiple times and reinstalling the Snapchat app, I am still facing issues. I suspect my account may have been hacked as my username is Olezhka227. I lost access to the account due to poor internet connection while in another country. My friends can confirm the account belongs to me as I have unique information only known to them. I can verify my account by providing details such as the number of snaps, number of contacts, and a profile picture associated with the account Olezhka227 on Snapchat. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Dear Sirs, I am reaching out to seek support regarding an issue with my Snapchat account. On Friday, July 2nd, I unexpectedly received a notification from Snapchat stating that my account, "kaj_013," had been deleted due to a violation of the Terms of Service. Despite numerous attempts to contact Snapchat for assistance, all responses received were automated messages reiterating the account deletion. I had over [redacted] photos and other important data stored in my account that I would like to recover. Furthermore, I am unable to create a new account or access someone else's account from my mobile phone, indicating a potential block on my device's identity by Snapchat. My request is to retrieve my personal data, particularly my photos, from the deleted account before Snapchat decides to permanently remove it. I encountered an issue with Snapchat this morning when I noticed I was logged out of my account. However, when I tried to log back in, my phone number and email were not recognized, even though I have been using this account for over 6 years. I attempted to update the app and log in again, but now it is claiming that my account, including my username, does not exist. Upon contacting support, I was informed that my account was removed due to a terms of service violation, which I strongly deny. This situation occurred suddenly and without any wrongdoing on my part. I am deeply troubled by the loss of my account, as it contains important memories and serves as my primary means of communication with friends. I've had my Snapchat account since day one, and now it's permanently locked for no reason. I have submitted proof of my verified phone number linked to the account, provided bills to verify the number, and even sent my provisional license to confirm my identity. I have emailed over [redacted] times, and my daughter's photos and videos from when she was born are on there, which are very sentimental to me. I urgently need help to recover my account since it contains personal memories and photos that I cannot bear to lose. Despite numerous emails, I have not made any progress on this issue and I am feeling devastated by this situation.

I am confused about deleting third-party apps. I use Snapchat to save my memories securely, and now my account is locked. I attempted to unlock it on the website, but it keeps logging me out saying it's temporarily locked. I am unsure if you are locking the wrong account as I have not violated any terms or rules.

My account has been accessible since [redacted], and I have never had any issues with the terms of service. I have never used third-party apps or anything like that. Today, I received an email saying my account was deleted out of nowhere, and I am unable to contact support to find out why. They did not provide a reason; they just stated that it was deleted for apparently no reason. You are my last hope, and I am wondering if you can assist in finding a way to possibly recover or contact Snapchat for help. Thank you <3.

Dear Community Members, I need advice on a situation I am facing. I have been experiencing online harassment for several months. Despite involving the police, there has been no resolution. The individual responsible has created over [redacted] accounts in my name, which have since been deleted. Now, they are sharing my username on various websites, resulting in a continuous stream of friend requests. Unfortunately, changing my username is not an option. Hello, I'm Laynie Amaya, and I'm a senior in high school who uses Snapchat daily. Around 3 to 4 days ago, my Snapchat account Laynieera2 was apparently hacked or compromised. Despite my attempts, I haven't been able to recover my account. I don't use any unauthorized apps or engage in spam activities on Snapchat; I simply use it to connect with friends and cherish memories. I've been using my old account Laynieera2 since I was 11, so losing the six plus years of memories and conversations stored there is something I'm not prepared for. After struggling for a few days to regain access to my old account, I created a new one (laynie_amaya). Unfortunately, I faced login issues with the new account as well, leaving me perplexed about the sudden troubles I'm experiencing with Snapchat. I changed the password for the new account, but I still can't seem to log in. I feel like something malicious might be happening, and I'm in need of assistance to resolve these challenges. Since last night, I've had ongoing issues with being locked out of my account. I'm unable to understand why this is happening. Despite unlocking it once about 30 minutes ago, I was immediately locked out again upon trying to log back in. The same happened when I attempted to access a previous account. I urgently need access for at least an hour to retrieve important pictures. Moreover, I've had trouble creating a new account, and my brother and cousin are facing the same issue. I'm deeply concerned about the photos of my baby cousin in there, which I fear may be lost if I can't regain entry. Hello, my name is Harman Sidhu. I have been using Snapchat for three years and have many friends with whom I have good streaks. Recently, I noticed my screen was getting blurred in some places, which made me concerned about a possible hack. I immediately changed my password, reset all apps on my Android phone, and now I am unable to log back into my account. Two-factor authentication is on, but the code is not being sent to my Gmail. Good evening. I am inquiring about my terminated account under the username "slattt.xl". This morning, I received messages from friends asking about my Snapchat account. When I tried to log in, I couldn't find my username and discovered it had been logged out. Upon reading the FAQ page, I found out my account was terminated for breaching the terms of service. I am confused as I believe I have not violated any guidelines. I am looking for clarification on what I did wrong and if there is a way to appeal the decision or create a new account. I also know a friend with a similar experience under the username "dezirulzz". She was able to create a new account without a clear reason for the termination. My account got permanently banned and deleted on 14/07/[redacted]. I will be completely honest about what happened. My last post on Snapchat was promoting my legal business selling disposable vapes to friends above 18. Despite never having violations before, I got a message saying I broke the terms of service. I lost 6 years of memories and connections without a warning. I tried all possible ways to contact Snapchat support but only got automated responses. Even though I used a sticker in my post, my lawyer brother confirmed I didn't violate the TOS. Many others face the same issue. While Instagram manages porn posts with warnings, Snapchat wiped my account without explanation. I may have to visit their office for answers. Just wanted to share my frustrating experience and raise awareness about this issue.

I am concerned that my account may be compromised. I attempted to log out of my current Snapchat account to access another account with saved memories. After viewing the pictures, I tried to log back into my main account used for streaks and chatting with friends. However, I was unable to remember the password or access my account. I and my friend attempted to reset the password by using the "Forgot Password?" option. Upon entering my email, a white screen appeared with no further instructions. We also tried to change the password using a computer, but after receiving a verification link, the process led to a loop asking for the email repeatedly without progress, despite multiple attempts.

This morning at around 2 am, I experienced issues with Snapchat. I received a connection error on my private story post featuring a dog. Despite having a stable connection, I decided to log out and back in. Unfortunately, upon logging back in, my private story was missing, except for the dog post still showing a connection error. I attempted to log out again hoping to resolve the issue. However, when I tried to log back in, my account was locked, and I discovered I was device banned. I'm perplexed by this sudden and undeserved action as I have been a loyal Snapchat user for over 3 years without any violations. I kindly request for my device to be unbanned as this situation is unexpected and unwarranted.

I've had my Snapchat account for over 10 years, mainly to preserve memories. Recently, when I tried to log in, it prompted me to do so, indicating a possible login elsewhere. Today, I received an email notifying me that someone had accessed my account from an unfamiliar location. I promptly took steps to enhance security by setting up two-factor authentication and changing my password. To investigate further, I traced the IP address provided by Snapchat and discovered it led to my own residence on Google Maps, contrary to the location in the email. Additionally, I found it perplexing that Snapchat alerted me about the login discrepancy an hour later than the alleged access time. Moreover, after reviewing my account data, I noticed that the location history displayed an incorrect location that I do not frequent, claiming it has been accessed daily throughout [redacted], despite my personal experience. I am uncertain if there is an issue with the app or my account. Any insights would be greatly appreciated.

My Snapchat account on my iPhone 8+ got temporarily locked for 24 hours. I followed the steps on the Snapchat website to unlock it through my Snapchat portal. I managed to sign in, but shortly after being logged in, I got logged out and faced the same temporary suspension message repeatedly. I've tried to contact Snapchat for support, but the website only offers automated forms with no human contact. Despite the reasons for account locking being spamming, abuse, or third-party plugins, I have not violated any of these. I can't make a new account without it also being locked. While I'm not overly concerned about losing the account, I do want to save the photos with sentimental value stored on it.

Hello, recently while out, I switched between my Snapchat accounts to show an old memory to a friend. Upon trying to call a friend later, I discovered that both my accounts are locked. I am confused and upset because I have important contacts and memories on those accounts that I cannot access now.
