If you're having issues with a password, try resetting it using your email address (be sure to use the correct spelling). Click "Forgot Password" under the login, then follow the prompt. You should have the option to reset with your phone number.

It says to delete third party apps, i have no idea what that is only reason I have snapchat is to keep my memories saved and secure just for my account to be locked. I tried to unlocking it on the website and it said it was successfully unlocked but when I locked in it logged me right out. I logged in again and it let me for *mins and it logged me out to say the same thing “ temporarily locked”. is there any chance it could be the wrong account you guys are locking because i have not validated no terms or rules
GetHuman-rosaerui did not yet indicate what Snapchat should do to make this right.
