My phone was broken for a couple of weeks. I used other people's phones to access my Snapchat without any issues. After fixing my phone yesterday, I tried to log in, but it said my account is temporarily locked. I'm unsure why this happened as I haven't done anything wrong. I've visited several websites to unlock it, but no success. Some even mention my account being permanently locked, which is concerning. I really need access to my account as I've had it for a long time and important things are saved there. Snapchat plays a significant role in my life, and starting a new account would be a last resort. I hope to hear back soon to resolve this matter promptly.

I have been permanently banned from Snapchat due to a misunderstanding. I posted a video of my little brother who is shirtless and has long hair, which led to him being mistaken for an underage female. Despite explaining the situation and offering to pay for any necessary actions, I have not been able to retrieve my account. I have used Snapchat for 5 years without any previous issues. Losing access to my account means losing all my memories from my teenage years. I have tried to contact Snapchat but have not received any response regarding the ban on my device as well. I hope to resolve this issue and retrieve my memories and friends list as soon as possible.

I am experiencing difficulty with my Snapchat account. Despite being able to post and chat with friends, I cannot view my friends' stories for the past two days. An error message saying "Could not refresh, please try again later" appears every time I attempt to view the stories. Additionally, when I remove a friend, Snapchat lags and states "Oops something went wrong, please try again later." I have attempted various troubleshooting methods such as logging out and back in, restarting my phone, switching from WIFI to cellular data, and clearing the app's cache, with no success. Your help with this issue would be greatly appreciated.

Someone messaged me on Snapchat claiming they could give me free money. Initially, I didn't realize the account had been compromised. They instructed me to send money via Apple Pay and later asked for a code to alter my Snapchat password. When questioned, they blamed a supposed error. Believing them, I provided the code. Following this, I got an email notifying me of a phone number change. I trusted the person, assuming it was my friend. They then advised me to restart my phone to resolve an issue. Upon restarting, I found myself locked out of my account as the password, email, and phone number had all been changed. Unable to reach them, I now fear for the important documents stored on my Snapchat. The affected username is josecano11.

My account, @tozzi44, was permanently disabled, and I am unsure why. Following this, I created a new account, @tori.cheyne, only to have it locked within 12 hours. I took great care with the new account, adding only people I know, engaging in appropriate conversations, and sharing harmless stories. I am puzzled by the lock on both accounts, as I made sure to follow all guidelines. Losing access to both accounts has been distressing, particularly considering the four years' worth of memories they contained.

I am experiencing issues with Snapchat's export media feature from stories on my iPhone SE. Despite having the necessary permissions enabled, the function doesn't work. I have reached out to Snapchat Support via email and Twitter multiple times regarding this issue, but unfortunately, my requests have been ignored. I find it frustrating that they respond promptly to locked account requests on Twitter but overlook my support requests. Even reporting problems through the app has yielded no response. I had a separate issue with viewing a story previously and when I sought help from Snapchat, I received no assistance. As a troubleshooting measure, I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, only to be faced with the export media problem. It is disappointing that Snapchat has not taken any action to address this recurring issue.

I am a high school senior currently exploring colleges. I found myself in multiple college group chats on Snapchat to connect with new people and hopefully make friends. Unfortunately, my account is now locked, and despite reviewing the guidelines, I am unsure why. I never violated the terms by using third-party tools, being abusive, or sending spam. I did not receive any warnings about compromised security either. I suspect my enthusiastic adding of friends triggered a security alert, but my verified email and phone number should have prevented this. I'm having trouble accessing my account. I know my username and password, but when I try to log in, it says there's a suspicious login and asks me to verify it through email or text code, but the email is old and the phone number associated with the account is wrong. I've been locked out for 12 hours now. I've reached out to Snapchat support twice with no response. It would be helpful to have a helpline or another way to resolve this issue.

My Snapchat account (AmeliaMoskovitz) is showing as permanently locked, and despite several attempts, I am unable to access it. I am unsure of the reason for this as I have a secure password and there is nothing inappropriate on my account. Just before it was locked, I updated the password to a long and secure one. I would greatly appreciate any assistance in retrieving my account. It may seem trivial, but it holds sentimental value as all my friends are connected through it. Hello, I am Wizdom West. My Snapchat account, killer.bitch200, has been hacked. Another user named Tmoney tricked me into sharing my account details, claiming to need help with Snapchat. She then hacked my account, impersonating me by posting my photos and sending strange messages. I have created a new account and added my old one. Tmoney added me back, and I have been messaging her trying to regain control of my account. She continues to impersonate me, which I find unacceptable. I am requesting the prompt deletion of the hacked account.

I have been using a link to promote my music online, which includes an option to connect on Snapchat. My Snapchat account got permanently locked recently, which left me puzzled. Despite extensive research, I couldn't recover the original account, so I made a new one. To my surprise, the new account was also permanently locked after sharing the link on my story for friends to access my music. I suspect Snapchat may have flagged the link as an unauthorized third-party app, causing the account locks. A week ago, my Snapchat account (itssliv.tf) was compromised, and despite numerous attempts to contact their support team, no resolution was found. The intruder changed all my account details, accessed private chats, and tried to breach My Eyes Only. Disappointed by the lack of assistance from Snapchat, I reluctantly accepted the breach and created a new account. Unfortunately, today, a similar breach occurred, despite having strengthened my password. The intruder deleted my memories and once again accessed My Eyes Only. I harbor no expectations for a solution as previous attempts to seek help have been futile.

This morning, I was logged out of my Snapchat account unexpectedly. Upon attempting to log back in, I was informed that my account had been temporarily locked. After changing my password and trying again, the lockout persisted. I even deleted the app for 2 hours, then reinstalled it, but the same locked message appeared. I can confirm that I do not have any unauthorized apps or plugins, nor have I engaged in spamming or abusive behavior. Additionally, I have verified both my phone number and email.
