I encountered some issues with my Snapchat account and had to log out. However, I have been unable to login back successfully despite trying various solutions including resetting my password. Each time I unlock my account, I am only granted a brief access before being kicked out again and facing another lockout. I have never had these problems in the 4 years of using the app, and there seems to be no justifiable cause for this situation. I reached out to the Snapchat help line, but their automated responses suggested steps I had already taken. Despite informing them of this, I have not received any further assistance in the past 3 days.

Hello, I have a request that may seem a bit silly, but I'd still like to ask for some assistance. An ex-friend and I have each other blocked on Snapchat now. I believe I cleared our chat history before blocking him, but I'm not entirely sure. If I did delete the conversation, is there a way to recover it? I would like to retrieve some sweet messages he sent me for sentimental reasons. I can unblock him if necessary. Additionally, I recently downloaded my Snapchat data, but not all my old story posts were included. Is there a method to view all my past story posts that may not be in my memories? Any guidance on these matters would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Hi, I do not use Snapchat, but I have been receiving multiple SMS messages from you to activate an account that I did not request to create. I believe there has been an error with someone entering the wrong phone number (mine) during the account set up, hence why I am receiving these messages. My phone number is +32 [redacted] 21 70 15. I recently remembered my password after breaking my old phone at work. I didn't get a new phone until the following Tuesday, having been without one since Thursday. I temporarily used my work phone during this time. However, the setback arose when I lost all data on my old phone, making account recovery impossible due to my Apple ID being compromised. Despite my numerous attempts and reaching out to Apple, unfortunately, I was informed that nothing could be done. I am solely focused on regaining access to my Snapchat account.

I am currently in a custody battle concerning my children. The mother is not permitted to have our children near her girlfriend. I need to determine if a picture posted on Snapchat with filters in [redacted] was uploaded with the filters added or if the picture was taken on Snapchat with the filters on. Three days ago, I received a text from a close friend asking for my Snapchat password, claiming she needed to "look at another person's profile." Despite not fully understanding the request, I trusted her and shared my password. Unfortunately, her account was also compromised, and the hacker used her contacts to solicit passwords. Consequently, my account was hacked, and the hacker changed all the login details. While I wasn't too concerned about losing my account for communication purposes, I treasured the photos stored there. Resetting my password proved challenging as it required a verification code that I couldn't receive due to not having a phone plan as a teen. Fortunately, I received an email notification with the new email and IP address of my compromised account, revealing the hacker's location in Bensheim, Germany, using "Vodafone Germany Cable." To add to the distress, the hacker is now contacting me through my old account, even fooling one of my friends in the process. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated [redacted] is the new email associated with my hijacked account.

I received an email notifying me of a login from Lima, Peru on my account. After changing my password promptly, I am now unable to access my account due to an unknown authentication code requirement. Despite not setting up this code, I am unable to proceed as I cannot log in to the app to modify or view it. I was unaware of this authentication process and now find myself locked out even with the new password. I suspect my account has been compromised, with the hacker setting up an unfamiliar code as a barrier. Retrieving access to my account is essential as it contains precious memories and personal data. An update: the hacker responded to a friend's message from my account. I urgently request for Snapchat to secure and return my account to me.

About three weeks ago, I was logged out of my Snapchat account and have been unable to regain access. A similar situation occurred to a friend of mine a month ago, and she mentioned that you were able to assist her in recovering her account. When attempting to log in with my password, I received a notification that my account was temporarily locked due to suspicious activity and was prompted to unlock it through a provided URL. Despite following the link from my email, I continuously received a message instructing me to try again later. The next day, I tried to reset my password using my phone number, but this method also proved unsuccessful. I have verified both my email and phone number associated with the account to ensure its security, but I am still unable to access it. As I heavily rely on this app for communication and have cherished photos and memories dating back nearly a decade, I am eager to regain entry into my account at the earliest convenience.

Last week, I woke up to discover I was locked out of my account. Later, I saw a stranger's account logged in on my phone, leading to the assumption that this person accessed my account, causing Snapchat to lock it. It's frustrating as I had many friends and memories stored there that are now inaccessible due to this intrusion. The following day, I created a new account but was unexpectedly logged out after two hours. Upon trying to log back in, I received an error stating my username/email or password was incorrect, despite being confident in their accuracy. It seems apparent that I was logged out due to unauthorized access by a hacker. However, I am unable to resolve this issue through a standard automated response system. Dear Snapchat, For the past two months, my Snapchat account has been experiencing issues. I recently upgraded from an iPhone XR to an iPhone 12, but the problems persist. I would like to change my memories from "lowe09-11" to "lowe0911" without losing any of them. Currently, I encounter difficulties sending red or purple snaps, viewing friends on the map, logging out of my account, and connecting to Snapchat as shown in the screenshot attached. When I attempt to log in, I receive a message saying "Unable to refresh. Try again." Interestingly, my friends using Android (Samsung) do not face these issues. Despite reaching out to Snapchat for assistance in the past, the solutions provided have not resolved the problems. Please help me fix these issues or inform me if my account cannot be repaired. I had been in contact with someone I believed to be a friend who offered to help me get money for my medication by posting on my Snapchat story. However, this person took advantage of my trust and stole all of my account information, changing my contact details and posting as me to scam others. Now, my memories and personal information are at risk. I know the scammer's IP address and phone number, but I need urgent help to regain control of my account. I have unique pictures and memories on my account that only I would know about, which I can use to prove my identity. I'm worried about what this scammer might do next, and I need to secure my account quickly.

Hello, I recently created a new Snapchat account to start fresh on social media. Unfortunately, after adding friends, I started experiencing issues with being locked out of my account. I recently joined Spotlight and had a post that went viral with 7.5 million views. However, when I try to post more videos, they keep getting rejected after 1-2 minutes with a "not selected" message. I have followed all the guidelines, but this keeps happening. I have sought help online, but the responses I received are to wait or that I am banned. I am sure I haven't violated any rules, as I didn't receive any notification about being banned. I am concerned about getting paid for my viral post and being able to post again. I recently got permanently locked out of my account for not adding and verifying my email address when many people were quickly adding me. Hello, I am hoping you are all well. Recently, I encountered an issue where some of my Snapchat Memories disappeared without my intentional deletion. I had backed them up, so I am curious if there is a way to restore them. The memories were uploaded to Snapchat between December 26th, [redacted], and January 5th, [redacted]. Despite attempting to download my data from Snapchat to access the memories, I had previously cleared my cache. Although it is stated that clearing the cache will not delete the Snapchat memories backup, I'm unable to retrieve them. I've had my account, angelorodri.17, for around a year. I started having issues with it getting locked, then permanently locked after creating a new account while waiting for a response from Snapchat. I made sure not to use any third-party apps, verified my phone and email, and was cautious with my actions on the new account. Despite this, the new account got permanently locked as well, and I lost access to valuable photos and contacts. I haven't been able to reach Snapchat for assistance. I really need access to my original account due to the sentimental value of the content, like pictures of family and friends I haven't been able to see due to Covid. If there's any way for assistance, please let me know.

I am experiencing ongoing frustration due to my Snapchat account, angelorodri.17, being permanently locked. This has prevented me from accessing important photos with my uncle. Additionally, two new accounts created were also locked. I urge for a more comprehensive approach from their customer support team to address these issues promptly. Hello, could someone please assist me? I feel embarrassed, as a friend's hacked account fooled me into sharing my password and email. The hacker, pretending to be my friend, asked to post on my story for the Marines. However, I realized too late that it was a scam. They changed my account details, preventing me from logging in or resetting my password. The hacker is now trying to scam my friends for money through my account. Many have reported the account on Snapchat. Can it be deleted due to the reports? I’ve lost cherished photos of my kids taken on Snapchat. Is there a way to recover my account, or could it be permanently deleted? The username to address is "autumnjoy12."

I recently discovered that my ex-girlfriend has gained unauthorized access to my Snapchat account, changing the associated phone number and email. My username is “austin6su,” and originally, I used the password “littlslimshady1.” I changed it to “austing5” back in January after the first hack. Unfortunately, tonight I found myself logged out and unable to regain access due to the altered email and phone number she set up. Despite no longer being in a relationship with her, she remains the only person with access to my email and has previously breached my account, even sharing private chats on Facebook two weeks ago. I've put significant effort into building my Snapchat presence and would hate to lose it all because of a vengeful ex.
