I recently logged out and uninstalled Snapchat to take a break. After some time, I reinstalled the app. However, upon logging in with my username and password, it's requesting the code sent to the phone number I originally signed up with. Since I have used my Snapchat account on multiple devices over the years, I no longer have access to that phone number. I am unable to log back in without this code. Is there any possible solution to access my account without the required phone number code?

My girlfriend and I had around [redacted] streaks on Snapchat, which was a crucial part of our daily routine. After a major disagreement, we stopped talking for days. I accidentally blocked her but later added her back, resulting in losing all our streaks. Now, she is threatening to end our relationship over this. I received a text and email notifying me of an unauthorized login to my account and prompting a password reset. Upon resetting my password, I encountered a request for a verification code to confirm my device. Despite changing the password and signing in again, I am still prompted for verification. I recently graduated from a private high school and have not updated the email linked to my Snapchat account. I am willing to provide personal information and login details to verify my ownership. My account has been locked, and I'm unsure why. Initially, it was temporarily locked, then it changed to permanently locked. Now it's indicating a poor connection. I looked into this issue and found that I need to verify my email before adding many people. How can I verify my email if I'm locked out of my account? The problem arose because I was added to various group chats recently, full of individuals in America who have applied to certain universities for Fall [redacted]. These chats are meant for people attending the same universities to connect. I'm human and not a robot, but I am unsure how to unlock my account. I have waited approximately 12 hours, hoping it would unlock while I slept. However, I'm starting to worry that I might not regain access to my account. Assistance would be greatly appreciated. Hello, I believe my account was mistakenly locked permanently. I suspect it was because I mentioned someone in a post. I'm confused about how this might impact my reputation on Snapchat. I really love using the app, especially during difficult times with my anxiety and depression. Snapchat helps me relax with filters and chatting with my best friend, who lives far away and supports me. I had an anxiety attack when I saw my account was locked because Snapchat is our only way to communicate. I don't want to lose the memories stored on my account. I was recently tricked by someone posing as my friend on Snapchat who then scammed me by pretending to need access to my account for a legitimate reason. I later discovered that this was a scammer using my friend's name to gain access to my account, which they are now using to defraud others and make it seem like it's me. Despite reaching out to Snapchat multiple times and having many people report the fraudulent account, no action has been taken as Snapchat claims they need the account's email, which the scammer has changed. I just want the account to be deleted to stop further harm.

Hello, I recently received an authentication code from Snapchat via SMS on my personal phone number. Shortly after, I got another SMS from the number +1 [redacted], which read: “Hello Gabriane, A suspicious login attempt was made on your account. We have sent you a 6-digit code in a separate notification. Please send us the code to verify your identity. Do not share this code with anyone else. Thanks, Team Snapchat” Without much thought, I sent them the code Snapchat provided me. They then responded, saying: “Your safety is our top priority. We also need your 'My Eyes Only' password.” It was then that I realized my error. I mistakenly gave my authentication code to a hacker who was probably after compromising images. They changed the phone number linked to my account, preventing me from resetting my password. Is there a way to recover my account? It holds cherished memories and important contacts. Losing it would be disheartening. Thank you.

Dear Sir/Madam, About a year ago, I received an email from Snapchat that was unfortunately sorted into my spam folder without my notice. The message mentioned that my account had been logged into from a location in Accra, Ghana, which I found suspicious as I have always resided in Belgium and have never visited Ghana. Regrettably, due to my oversight, the hacker was able to use my account for unauthorized actions, leading to my account being permanently blocked. Although I don't use Snapchat as frequently now, many of my friends are returning to the platform, and I would like to rejoin them. Additionally, there are numerous saved stories on my account that hold sentimental value, and it would be disappointing to lose them. My Snapchat account, meghnanut, has been repeatedly locked. The first time was due to sending spam to friends, a mistake I have learned from. Subsequent locks might be from adding many people from the quick add list. Despite having a verified email and phone number, I am puzzled by the permanent lock.

In Kurdistan, there are individuals contacting influencers on Snapchat, promising to help them achieve the gold star in exchange for money. Despite following the provided steps, no one has succeeded in getting the star. Some friends paid for help and received the star within 20 to 30 days. I find this situation frustrating as I have tried multiple times without success. I believe it is not right to pay for it. Unfortunately, five of my friends decided to pay these individuals for assistance, resulting in them obtaining the star within 20 to 30 days. This situation is distressing as I have also made multiple unsuccessful attempts to earn the star through legitimate means. I believe it is unfair to resort to paying for it. I recently received a message about someone logging into my account from a different location while I was using the app. The individual claimed to be Devin and asked for the verification code to identify me and remove the hacker. Despite my pleas not to logout, he did so after receiving the code. When I tried to log back in, I couldn't access my account and changing the password didn't work. Moments later, I received a text stating my Snapchat was compromised. When I reached out to Devin, he requested my "My Eyes Only" password for verification, confirming my suspicions of being hacked. I now find myself locked out of my account, struggling to regain access despite having proof that I am the rightful owner.

Yesterday, someone hacked my Snapchat account, and they removed my phone number and email address, locking me out completely. Over the past three years, I have reset my password multiple times using my Gmail account associated with the Snapchat account. Currently, I am facing a similar issue with my email password, and I am unable to recover my account. The main reason I am seeking help is that my Snapchat account contains precious memories such as photos of my children from their early years and images of my late brother, which are not backed up elsewhere. Typically, my passwords revolve around my children's names, possibly arranged from oldest to youngest or vice versa, sometimes even using only two out of the three names. It is likely that these passwords also include the numbers 18, 19, or 20. I am reaching out to see if there is any way to assist me in recovering my account and accessing these important photos.

Yesterday, my Snapchat account was hacked by someone from the UK with the username @endived. This person changed the phone number and email associated with the account, taking it over to use for their own gain. I had been growing that account for subscribers and views, and now the hacker is pretending to be me, posting shoutouts and gaining followers. Despite reporting the issue multiple times to Snapchat, the problem persists. I used that account daily until yesterday. My new Snapchat is @xavierr3x, while my compromised one is @endived.
