I was talking to a girl on Snapchat, thinking she was real. She asked for my Snapchat to receive money through Cash App. After giving it to her without checking my personal information listed, I got locked out. When I tried to log back in, everything seemed changed by a hacker – password, email, and phone number. Feeling frustrated, I wanted my Snapchat account back. Despite having five backup accounts, the hacker added my account to one of them. Disturbingly, people informed me the hacker shared my pictures and posted strange things on my story, posing as me. Despite several reports, my account remains active. Could someone from the Snapchat community please delete my account promptly? I am tired of the stress and anxiety this situation brings.

Hello. My Snapchat account has been compromised and locked without any valid reason. I have not breached any guidelines, and despite reaching out to Snapchat support through email five days ago, I have not received any assistance yet. I mistakenly shared my login details, which led to someone hacking into my account under the username sfazlani9. They changed the phone number, email, and password. Although I recovered my password, the phone number and email remain altered. I cannot access my account due to two-factor authentication being enabled and the code being sent to the changed phone number. Please freeze my account, disable two-factor authentication, and unlock it so I can regain access. The username affected is sfazlani9, and my concern is losing valuable memories and contacts.

Hello, my name is Summer. A while back, someone used my phone number to create several Snapchat accounts, which might be related to the issue I am currently experiencing. At 4 a.m., I got an email notifying me that my Snapchat was accessed from Luxembourg, and a verification code was set up. Another email indicated that a two-step authentication code had been set up, with attached screenshots. Waking up at 8 am, I found messages from friends on Facebook saying that my Snapchat account had been hacked. They received personal pictures and messages claiming my account had been compromised, with a screenshot attached for reference. I recently changed my phone number and forgot to update it on Snapchat. When I reinstalled the app and tried to log in, I was prompted for a verification code that was sent to my old number which I no longer have access to. As a result, I am unable to log in because the verification messages are being sent to the wrong number. I also attempted to recover my account through email but was unsuccessful.

I am trying to access my account under the name "grauxier," but I have forgotten my password. When I try to reset it using my email, it says the email is invalid. However, I have previously received emails from Snapchat on that specific Gmail account, confirming it was added to my Snapchat account. When I try to confirm the email, it says it is expired or invalid. I received unexpected verification codes from Snapchat this morning and subsequently got texts from a number posing as Snapchat support. Believing it to be legitimate, I shared my verification code and Eyes Only passcode upon request. Realizing my mistake, I promptly changed my passcodes. However, shortly after, I received legitimate emails from Snapchat informing me of unauthorized changes to my account. The fraudulent support number demanded my new Eyes Only passcode and threatened to lock my account when I declined. Unfortunately, they followed through with the threat and even accessed and saved private photos from my chat with my boyfriend. I'm deeply concerned as I've had this account for years and use it to keep in touch with many friends. My main goal is to regain access to my account.

Hello, I'm experiencing difficulty accessing my Snapchat account under the username aniya_gilly. My account was hacked. The email and phone number were changed. I've emailed Snapchat 15 times but have not received any responses. I am extremely frustrated. There are sensitive pictures of me and my kids on that account. If this issue is not resolved soon, I don't know what I will do.

My account has been compromised. I attempted to reset the password, but received errors stating that both my phone number and email were invalid. I received suspicious messages from [redacted] posing as Snapchat Support. The message requested my "My Eyes Only" code for photo protection and asked for photos of myself in lingerie to regain access to my account.
