I accidentally logged out of Snapchat and forgot to update my phone number for two-factor authentication. Now, I can't receive the code since it's being sent to my old number, which I no longer have access to. When I attempted to request a code to my email, it's still trying to send it to my old number instead. I need the code to be sent to my email connected to Snapchat. My account has been compromised by an individual who has changed the email address associated with it. They replaced my email with their own and I am unable to regain access. The hacker is using my account to contact my loved ones and extort money. Additionally, they are sharing inappropriate content on my Snapchat. They are demanding money in exchange for returning control of my account, which amounts to ransom. This person is threatening my friends, falsely claiming I am in danger to manipulate them into giving money. Despite being safe with my family, this hacker's actions are causing distress. I am requesting that the account be permanently deleted to prevent further misuse of my personal information and contacts.

I need assistance reaching a live person at Snapchat customer support. I deactivated my account on November 16, [redacted], with the plan to reactivate it within 30 days. Unfortunately, I am now unable to recall my password to reactivate the account. I have read previous emails stating that passwords for deactivated accounts cannot be reset. Is there an alternative method to retrieve my saved memories? Every photograph and video capturing moments with my family from the last five years, such as my wedding and my children's births, are at risk of being lost. My account was hacked from an IP address in Chile (45.[redacted].[redacted].[redacted]). I suspect the hacker enabled login verification through the authentication app, making it hard for me to reset my password with the new verification codes. After attempting to reset my password without success, I finally managed to change it. However, I received an additional link right after the change, causing more confusion. Despite updating my password both on the computer and the app, none of the new passwords seem to be working.

I am frustrated with continuously adding people on Snapchat, and my followers are also weary of adding me back. Despite verifying my email and phone number, Snapchat frequently locks my account for adding all my fans who request to be added. I have never engaged in spamming, been hacked, or used third-party apps. As a Music Artist, it is vital for my career to connect with fans on Snapchat to share music and updates. However, this ongoing issue is affecting my ability to use the platform effectively. My account was hacked at 1:00 am this morning by email [redacted] I never use photo bucket, Facebook, or any other type of media for my memories. On December 8, around 3:30 PM, my account was accessed by someone from another country. I was able to reset the password, but they changed it again and regained access. Now, my account is locked, stating it has been compromised. Despite submitting 20 tickets for help, I have not received any assistance. I am reaching out to the safety team at Snapchat to unlock my account. The email from team Snapchat provided a link to unlock my account but has not been successful. I have cherished memories on my account since [redacted], including pictures of my late dog and sister. I need assistance from Snapchat as their website is not helping me. My account got hacked, and despite reaching out to Snapchat support, they are not helping me recover it. I have been a long-time user of Snapchat on my phone, and usually, the app automatically logs me in when I open it. However, this morning (December 7th, [redacted]) I was prompted to log in or sign up, which was unusual. Upon attempting to log in, I was prompted for a verification code, something I have never encountered before. After checking my email, I discovered a message indicating that "Authentication App Login Verification" had been enabled on my account, sent at 11:38pm the previous night. I did not authorize this change as I was not even awake at that time. It seems that someone has gained unauthorized access and enabled this feature without my consent. Given the personal content on my account, including photos and conversations, I am concerned and would like assistance in resetting my account to regain access to my pictures, contacts, memories, and chats. Last Friday, when I opened Snapchat, I realized I was logged out. I attempted to reset my password, but encountered issues with the authentication code. Shortly after, I received an email notifying me that the email associated with my account was changed from [redacted] to [redacted], an email address that doesn't belong to me. Another email informed me that someone accessed my account. When I tried to use my phone number to reset my password, I discovered that it had also been changed. I am unable to access my account, and my friend mentioned that my Snapmaps feature has been disabled. I would appreciate any assistance in regaining access to my account.

Hello Snapchat Support, I am writing to request assistance with my permanently locked account. I have realized that my account was locked because I used a third-party application called Wink, which allows me to interact with individuals under the age of 17 globally. I received one warning only, and I deeply regret my actions. I have uninstalled the app, but I am still unable to regain access to my account. Yesterday, my Snapchat account got hacked. The hackers switched my email and phone number, locking me out completely. Four months ago, my Snapchat account was inexplicably locked. After creating a new account, everything was fine until today. I logged out to check the old account and found myself locked out of the new one when I tried to log back in. I've been a Snapchat user for a while now. Recently, I encountered an issue where someone I had previously blocked could view my story. After updating the app, I noticed a "+1 more" option when viewing who had seen my story, but the identity of this person was not displayed. Instead, the names of three other Snapchatters who are not my friends were shown. I value my privacy and would like to share my story with everyone except a select few.
