However, I am now facing an issue where the 30-day reactivation period has passed, and I urgently need access to my account for my cherished memories. I have been unable to access my Snapchat account for 24 hours. I am puzzled as my account does not contain anything inappropriate. I do not use third-party apps. Snapchat is my primary platform for photos, and all my pictures are stored there. I am frustrated by the lack of assistance as this issue has persisted for days. I lost access to my previous Snapchat account when my phone number became inactive, and I no longer have the recovery code. Subsequently, I created a new account but cannot use my old email associated with the previous account. I am aware of all the necessary information, such as the username, password, and phone number, to delete the old account. My goal is to utilize my email for the new account. I was using Snapchat, and suddenly I got logged out for no reason. They did not accept my password, even though it is correct. I cannot reset my password using my phone number or email because it says it is wrong, even though it is right. I hope you can somehow reset my password because there are many memories there that are important to me. Thank you.

I have contacted Snapchat multiple times with no assistance regarding a hacker who gained access to my account, changed all the login information, and is sending inappropriate messages to my contacts. The original account details were username: benmcgroder16, email: [redacted], and phone number: [redacted]. The hacker's details are unknown for username, email: [redacted], and no provided phone number. Snapchat notified me of a suspicious login from a Samsung Galaxy S10+ in Medina, Saudi Arabia on November 21, [redacted], with the IP address [redacted].[redacted].[redacted].[redacted]. If my account cannot be recovered, I request for it to be permanently deleted.

Hello, I am Kassidy Kawa, and I am dealing with a hacked Snapchat account under the username kassidykawa. The hacker has been sending inappropriate messages to all my contacts, including explicit images. This has caused me great distress and embarrassment. My Snapchat account (username: kassidykawa) has been hacked. Inappropriate messages and images were sent to my contacts, including private photos. Despite changing my password, the hacker altered my account's phone number and email, leaving me unable to regain access. I received an email notifying me that my account was accessed from an unfamiliar device (iPhone 8) in jersey city, while I reside in hawaii. Hello, I deactivated my account on November 27th, and for the past five days, I've been attempting to reactivate it by entering my username and password. However, I keep receiving an error message stating that the username/password is incorrect, even though I am certain I am inputting the correct information. I recently experienced a hacking incident with my Snapchat account on Wednesday. I was prompted to reset my password, but upon doing so, I was asked for a verification code that I never received due to the hacker possibly setting up two-factor authentication or changing my phone number. Despite my efforts in contacting Snapchat support and submitting multiple tickets, I have not received any assistance. It is frustrating to see that a friend who encountered a similar issue was promptly helped and had their problem resolved within minutes by using their "my eyes only" password. I am perplexed by the lack of support extended to me in this situation.

Hello, I hope everything is going well. I've been feeling a bit overlooked lately, but I understand that the Snapchat team must be quite busy. Since four days ago, my account, M.Loodin, has been blocked, even though my phone number was verified on the account. When I tried to verify my email using the unblock link, an error kept popping up. Despite multiple attempts to verify my email, I was unable to do so, leading to my permanent block. Hi, I'm Alieena. A few months back, I created a second Snapchat account, but now I can't access it because I forgot the password. I uninstalled the app without logging out due to Snapchat not loading my snaps. After reinstalling, I couldn't log back in as it keeps saying "wrong password." I accidentally logged out of my Snapchat account after changing my phone number a month ago. I forgot to update my two-factor authentication with my new number. Now, I can't access the code being sent to my old number. When I try to request the code to be sent to my email, it still attempts to send it to my old number. I woke up this morning (12/07) and noticed that I lost [redacted] consecutive days with my best friend. Yesterday, she sent me a snap in the morning, and we still had our streak intact. I always send mine in the early morning, which she received, and later, I received hers as well. This isn't the first time this has happened. A few weeks ago, I lost a streak of [redacted] days with another friend following a similar pattern. I am very frustrated about losing my [redacted]-day streak! Please address this issue. Three weeks ago, my Snapchat account was hacked. Despite contacting Snapchat support via email and Twitter, I have not received any assistance from a human representative. Instead, I have only received automated responses assuring me of a follow-up which never occurs. Unfortunately, the hacker now has access to my personal information, including my phone number and email, which they are using to contact me for more details, as well as my personal photos and the locations of my friends, some of whom are minors and friends of my children.

I've been logged out of my account, and it seems like some of my closest friends have been blocked from contacting me. It appears that my email or password has been altered, and trying to reset it back or create a new one has been unsuccessful. Upon changing it successfully, logging in again prompts me it's incorrect. Additionally, my phone number seems to have been changed as well, making it impossible to reset my password as it's no longer linked to my number. This situation has left me unable to regain access to my account.

I'm experiencing an issue with my Snapchat account. Despite resetting my password, the account remains locked, preventing me from accessing important photos and chats, including work-related information. Attempts to reach out to Snapchat through email and Twitter have only resulted in receiving automated responses that fail to address my concerns. Although I managed to unlock my account briefly this morning, upon logging back in, I was immediately kicked out and the account was locked again. I suspect my IP address may have been banned, which seems unjust as I have not violated any rules. I have been trying to communicate with a representative since yesterday to no avail.
