Hello, my name is Josie B. and I am facing an issue with accessing my Snapchat account. Recently, due to changing my phone number after switching phone plans, I lost access to my account. During that time, I used my boyfriend's phone to log in. However, when I tried to sign in later, I was prompted to enter a verification code which I couldn't receive without phone service. After spending considerable time on the Snapchat support page, I realized I couldn't recover my account as I hadn't set up a recovery code with my new number. I managed to contact Snapchat via email and provided them with requested data and identification proof. However, the response I received in a different language was unclear, leading to further delays. It has been three days since then, and the usual 24-hour response time has passed. I am worried about losing my memories and connections from my account since [redacted]. I would be grateful for any assistance with this matter.

My Snapchat account got locked after someone accessed it to send streaks, and then logged out, causing it to be temporarily locked. I've attempted to log in multiple times, tried unlocking it on Snapchat's site, and even uninstalled and reinstalled the app. I've never used any hacks or plugins on Snapchat. Despite brief logins, I keep getting logged out as if someone else is accessing my account. I tried creating a new account, but encountered the same issue. This is concerning for me as a homeschooled individual as Snapchat is my primary means of social contact with friends, and I have no other way to reach them. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I was unaware that verifying my email/phone number was required to prevent being banned for adding too many people at once. Unfortunately, I am now permanently locked out of my account. If my account could be unlocked, I would gladly verify my email to avoid this situation in the future. I want to clarify that I was innocently chatting with my friends as a teenage user and had no intention of violating any policies. My account holds precious memories and connections, so I would appreciate any assistance in regaining access. If unlocking my account is not possible, I am willing to create a new account.

My account was compromised, and before I could update my password, the person who hacked me changed the email linked to my Snapchat account. The email I received from Snapchat containing the new email link led me to a blank website that didn't work. I am eager to regain control of my Snapchat and retrieve my high school memories and friends' contacts stored there. The hacker has been sending scams to everyone, trying to access their bank accounts.

I need to email about a situation involving a grown man who is trying to engage with underage girls online. He has contacted my granddaughter again. I have already informed an officer about this issue. This individual was previously removed last year, but now he is using the name Jano Bravo. He is currently on probation for an incident with a 14-year-old that resulted in an arrest for rape. I am deeply concerned about how easily men can prey on children. His actual name is Johnathan Bravo, and I believe you would have his birthday information as it is typically required when creating a Snapchat account.

Upon trying to open my Snapchat, I discovered that I had been logged out of my account. Upon attempting to log back in, the app prompted me for a code from an authentication app that I never set up. It's evident that my account has been compromised. Checking my associated email, I noticed unauthorized logins from Vancouver, Canada, and the United Arab Emirates, locations far from my own in Virginia. Additionally, I received a confirmation email regarding the authentication setup that I did not authorize. This situation is frustrating as I am now locked out of my account and unable to access my extensive collection of saved photos. I'm looking for a resolution to this security breach and would greatly appreciate a prompt response.

This morning, a friend informed me about her shattered phone requesting assistance. Trustingly, I provided my number for communication since her tablet was unable to receive text messages. In the process, I shared two verification codes sent by Snapchat to regain account access. Subsequently, encountering login issues myself, I attempted various troubleshooting steps without success. Shortly after this, another friend, Claire G., encountered a similar situation with her account "Clairegunterrr." It appears that a potential hacker gained access through Jordan's account, impacting multiple users. Urgently seeking help to resolve this matter and safeguard our Snapchat streaks. I have contacted Snapchat multiple times regarding my hacked account. The hacker changed my email and set up an authentication app. Despite submitting support tickets and answering security questions, I only receive automated responses. I was informed a real person could assist, but cannot find a contact number for direct help.

I recently updated my phone number, but my account is still linked to my old number. When I try to reset my password, I'm not receiving the reset link via email. I've checked my spam folder, double-checked the spelling, and tried sending it multiple times, but still no luck. I really need access to my account as it contains precious memories of my daughter. I've been receiving emails about unauthorized access to my Snapchat account. It's strange because I usually get a verification code, but this time the intruders managed to set up their own code. I have been permanently banned from my account twice now, losing access to my friends' accounts as well. I have verified my email and phone number, and I am unsure why this has happened. I do not use any third-party apps, everything is in order, and I desperately need my account back. Losing my first account meant losing connections with many friends, and I cannot afford to lose this one; I am adamant that I have not violated any rules.

Recently, my account was compromised, and I promptly changed my password to secure it. However, I later discovered that my account has been permanently locked. I would appreciate it if my account could be unlocked since I did not violate any rules. I believe I should regain access to my account now that the unauthorized access has been resolved. I have ensured my Snapchat account's security by linking it to a phone number and third-party authorization. I integrated my Snapchat with the Duo Mobile app to procure security codes. Unfortunately, I inadvertently removed the Duo Mobile app from my device. Upon reinstalling the app, it ceased to generate codes for my Snapchat account. I am still able to access my Gmail and the phone number associated with my Snapchat. Nevertheless, during the Snapchat login process, I am prompted to input codes produced by Duo Mobile, which I am unable to receive due to the app's absence. I am seeking guidance on alternative methods to receive codes via phone number or Gmail, or assistance in permanently deleting my Snapchat account.

Hi everyone. I recently got my phone back from being serviced and reinstalled Snapchat. However, I noticed that one specific Snapchat chat is not showing up at all. I had saved all the messages in that chat before and would like to retrieve them. Even though the other person might have blocked me, I still want access to see the saved messages. Hello Snapchat Support, I am reaching out on behalf of myself and many other users regarding the ability to change our usernames. While I understand this feature is currently unavailable, it is important to convey that a significant number of users are dissatisfied with the usernames they created when they were younger. Consequently, I kindly request that your team consider granting us one additional opportunity to modify our usernames to something more suitable. Many of us resort to creating new accounts solely to update our usernames, leaving behind cherished memories on unused accounts. Perhaps there is a solution, such as providing this option for a fee, that could address this issue. I sincerely hope you will contemplate this suggestion. Thank you.

I logged out of my Snapchat account "sarahjo0725" after a fight with my boyfriend, and now I can't remember the password. I've tried resetting it using different emails, but each time it says the email is not registered with the account. I really need help as all my memories are on there, and not having access has been upsetting. I just need to figure out which email is linked to "sarahjo0725" so I can reset the password.

My account, under the username Crismelyy, has been compromised. Although the email associated with it is [redacted], it was never verified. Initially, I received a confirmation email upon opening the account but failed to verify it. Subsequently, I received a text message on my linked phone at [redacted] alerting me to someone attempting to access my account. Following this, I was logged out of the app and have been unable to log back in since. The app now rejects my password, and I am unable to verify with my phone number due to an error stating it is not associated with the account. My Snapchat account was hacked two days ago. Despite my attempts to contact the support team, I have not received any assistance yet. The hacker changed my password, email, and phone number associated with the account, rendering me unable to log in or reset my password. They even set up an authentication app and recovery code that I cannot access. I am receiving emails notifying me of logins from an unknown device and suspect the hacker is saving my photos and videos. I need my account to be locked to prevent further access by the hacker and then restored to me.
