I am having an issue with my new account being permanently locked. I couldn't access my old account, so I created a new one. I tried to add all my contacts from the old account to the new one, but now the new account is locked. I am unsure how to unlock it, even though I have the username, password, and the phone number linked to the account. My username is Signemerrick and my number is +[redacted]9.

I recently created a Snapchat account, but it has been permanently locked. I only made the account last night and did not use any third-party apps. I had around 20 friends added, so I wasn't overloading the account. I have not posted anything improper. I have tried various methods to regain access to my account without success, and it is causing me a lot of stress. This issue has occurred with my other accounts as well. I would really appreciate it if my account could be unlocked.

I recently logged out of my Snapchat account and can't remember the password. The phone number linked to my account is no longer accessible, and I'm unsure if the email associated with the account is correct. My Snapchat account keeps getting locked repeatedly, even though I only use it to chat with friends and report inappropriate content. After being temporarily locked about 10 times, it was permanently locked for the first time, which makes me suspect it has been hacked. I tried to unlock it on the website, but it failed. Contacting Snapchat support on Twitter did not resolve the issue either. Unfortunately, I was approached by a suspicious account offering to unlock it for a fee, which I declined. Snapchat username: Sunshineyassin I need help because my account got hacked and I can't reset my password using my phone number or linked email. The hackers also got into my bank account and took out a large sum of money. This is a serious breach of my privacy as they may have access to my private stories and pictures. I have reported this user, Sunshineyassin, to Snapchat and the police because I'm worried about the safety of my friends and family. Hello, I appreciate the assistance provided, but the articles sent by Snapchat in response to my issue have not been helpful. My username is g3m, which I use to log in. Every time I attempt to log in, it gives me an error. Despite changing my password multiple times, the issue persists as the system claims my password is incorrect. This is distressing as I have important conversations and contacts on Snapchat that I cannot afford to lose. I am unable to access my account and fear losing valuable memories, including those of my deceased father from [redacted]. I recently upgraded my phone and got logged out of my Snapchat account. I received an email notifying me that someone from Chile accessed my Snapchat account. I immediately changed my password, but the intruder activated the authenticator, preventing me from accessing my account without the verification code. Despite reaching out to Snapchat support multiple times over the past three days, I haven't received a response. I feel frustrated as this poses a security threat, and I have not received any assistance. I recently had my Snapchat account hacked by someone I trusted, my cousin. They obtained my password and have been selling inappropriate photos of me. I am 17 years old, and this is a serious violation of my privacy. The hacker changed all of my account details, including my phone number and email, and is using my account to sell fake items like AirPods and PS5s. It's a scam, and they are exposing my personal information to everyone. They even post videos from my memories pretending to be me. I own 2 Android smartphones. Both had my Snapchat account logged in. Today, I saved some photos to "Snapchat memories" on one of the phones. Surprisingly, when I was offline and checked Snapchat, the photos were there. However, when I went online, all my today's and recent photos vanished from both phones. I attempted various troubleshooting steps like logging out and back in, updating, uninstalling, reinstalling, and clearing the cache. I even contacted Snapchat support for help, but the data they sent me did not include my missing photos. Unfortunately, those photos were only saved in "Snapchat memories" and not on my device. I am seeking advice on recovering the lost data that was not backed up or any suggestions to retrieve Snapchat memories that disappeared without a backup.

My Snapchat account was hacked weeks ago. The hacker changed the email, phone number, and password linked to my account. They have been attempting to post multiple inappropriate photos of me and other minors from my camera roll. Despite reporting the account multiple times, I have not received any assistance from Snapchat. The hacker has now started posting some of these photos on their own Snapchat account. They are also harassing my friends, including one they tried to scam. This situation has taken a toll on my mental health. I have sought help from the police, but there seems to be no solution. I have had this Snapchat account since sixth grade, and I am now a college freshman. I am desperate for help in resolving this issue.

I filed a police report with the Tracy Police Department, as he has prior convictions for theft and fraud. I seek help to regain control of my account. A suspicious login from GA on November 20th at 1 pm PST serves as evidence that I am not the one accessing the account. The imposter is requesting bank information from my friends and stealing money, totaling over $13,[redacted]. I urge for assistance as Snapchat holds precious memories of my late mother who passed away from Covid-19 in July [redacted].
