Dear Team Snapchat, I recently received an email stating that my Snapchat account has been deleted, which came as a shock to me. I have been an active user for many years and regularly supported my friend's content on her only fans page through my account. The photo I shared was tasteful, featuring no nudity, but only a sexy image concealed with emojis. I have come across accounts on Snapchat sharing explicit content, so I am confused about why my account was targeted. I am disappointed that I did not even receive a warning before my account was deleted. Using Snapchat has been a significant part of my social interactions, and losing my account has affected my streaks and connections with friends. My account was hacked, and I received an email on October 25, [redacted], stating that someone from New York accessed my account. I received text messages asking for a code to verify if it was me, and then I got a request to change the code for "eyes only." Despite changing my password multiple times, the hacker kept accessing my account. The number associated with my account also kept changing, leaving it disabled. I had friends report the hack and obtained the hacker's IP address. However, I doubt this information will be helpful. The hacker disabled my two-step verification, which was on my old phone. The hacker is attempting to access my "eyes only" content, which contains personal information as I am only 17 years old. I urgently need my account recovered and to speak with a customer service representative to explain the situation thoroughly. I fear for my privacy as the hacker might expose my personal content.

The account “Joseph_tatum” possesses inappropriate photos of an underage individual, namely myself. Although I willingly shared the images, I believed I was sending them to someone of a similar age, only to discover that he is likely an adult in his 20s. I have reported the situation, but I fear my report was not taken seriously as the photos were not yet posted. I urge you to take action and remove his account promptly to prevent any potential escalation. This morning, I received a text from phone number [redacted] instructing me to send a code, [redacted], to verify my Snapchat account supposedly sent from [redacted]. Later, I received an email stating that my Snapchat password and phone number were changed without my authorization. Now, I am locked out of my account with the username WeezyBleezy. Despite knowing my previous password and having security information, I am unable to log back in as the phone number associated with my account has been altered to one ending in 05. My old phone number, [redacted], was stolen over a year ago, possibly by the perpetrators behind this unauthorized access. I fear for the privacy of my account, especially concerning private photos. I have already contacted Snapchat Support for assistance.

My account has been hacked, and the name was changed to a different one. My username is jonny_m7409, but when I try to log in, it shows that my account has been compromised and locked for my safety. I need help with my account. I informed you that my account was hacked, but no action was taken. I never received any warnings or suspensions for violating the terms of service. It's important to note that I never posted anything harmful or offensive on my account. Recently, I have experienced cyberbullying and had my account targeted. I am reaching out to the Team at Snapchat to address an issue I am facing with the saved pictures in my conversation with the username "anousha2312." Currently, the saved media section does not display these pictures, requiring me to scroll all the way up each time to view them. Despite previous correspondence resulting in a temporary resolution where the pictures briefly appeared in the media section, they were lost again soon after. My mother's Snapchat account has been hacked. The hacker is posting inappropriate content on her story, which is upsetting as her kids and grandkids can see it. I encountered issues with Snapchat. After logging out due to malfunctions, I couldn't log back in. Despite attempting to reset my password thrice, the system displayed a "connection error" or cited incorrect username/password. I contacted Snapchat support but can't access my old account, which isn't deactivated or locked. I can create a new account but not log in with the old one; it appears active to others. Trying the verification code through my number failed, and a recent attempt indicated the number wasn't associated with my account. Despite receiving an email to reset my password, the issue persists. I've uninstalled the app, reset my phone, and ensured it's updated.

I have attempted to contact support several times regarding my Snapchat account issue. Unfortunately, I have not received any response. I am a long-time user of Snapchat and have always had positive experiences until now. On November 2, [redacted], at around 8 pm, my account was unexpectedly deleted along with numerous memories and personal information. The deletion occurred after a friend posted a photo on my account without my knowledge the night of October 31, [redacted]. Despite immediately rectifying the situation the following day, my account was later banned due to multiple reports from an individual seeking retribution. I have been unsuccessful in creating a new account due to the device ban associated with my phone. I am willing to take responsibility for the previous incident, but I implore Snapchat to lift the ban so I may continue using the platform. I received a text from Snapchat on Monday regarding suspicious login activity on my account. I replied to the text as instructed to block the unauthorized login attempt. Snapchat then asked me to create a unique four-digit code for future logins. It took some time to change my password as the reset email was not coming through. Eventually, I had the code texted to me and successfully changed my password. However, now when I try to log in, I am prompted to enter a code from my authentication app, which I have not received despite multiple attempts. I suspect the hacker may have changed my account's email, leading to issues with password resets. I have been locked out of my Snapchat account for more than 48 hours.

Hello. Today, I signed out of Snapchat to have some privacy and uninstalled the app. When I reinstalled it this evening and tried to log in, I discovered that my account had been permanently locked due to an IP ban. Despite following all the rules, I received an email notification that someone accessed my account from a city near mine at 16:51:11 UTC, a location I have not visited recently. Since yesterday at 10 a.m., I have been attempting to resolve my hacked account issue with no success. I detected a login from The Netherlands while residing in California, followed by the hacker setting up 2-factor authentication on a different device, rendering me unable to receive security codes. Despite changing my password numerous times as instructed by Snapchat, I am repeatedly prompted for a 2FA code that I did not authorize. This code, linked to the hacker's setup, is preventing me from accessing my account for nearly 24 hours now. Please assist me promptly in regaining access to my account.

I am currently locked out of my Snapchat account. I used a two-factor authentication app called Duo Mobile to bypass verification due to my phone being out of service. Unfortunately, I lost access to the app and the phone number associated with it. I took a break from social media and haven't logged in since summer, around mid-July or before August. Now that I'm trying to log in, I realize I can't access the authentication app without the phone number and didn't set up an email as an alternative. I have my login credentials and email access but am unable to verify through email. I understand I may need to create a new Snapchat account and lose my memories, as well as temporary access to Facebook. I just want confirmation that without the authentication code, there's nothing more I can do except create a new account. Thank you for your help.

I have had two accounts now in the last two days. The first one I have had for 5 years! That's a lot of memories and friends, right? Well, you guys went ahead and deleted it without warning me. Then locked my second one without a warning as well. And this morning, I woke up to the third one being deleted. The only thing I did was post a link; other than that, I verified myself and followed all your rules. Please, tell me how you can keep deleting my accounts.
