Can you please help us get back the "super bestie" emoji and the number one spot? I know you fixed the mutual besties, but could you restore the super besties status as well? It was just one snap to a different person, and it disappeared. I've reached out before without success, so I'm hopeful you can assist this time. Yesterday at 3:30pm, I received a notification that someone was trying to verify my Snapchat using an app and gained access. I promptly changed my password, but it seems they also have the code generator app. They logged in from an iPhone 11 Max Pro, whereas I use the regular iPhone 11. A user, kasshmoneyjj, requested nude photos from me, and when I declined, they falsely claimed that I sent them such an image. This behavior is illegal as it constitutes revenge porn. I do not engage in sending explicit photos. Moreover, the individual is 19 years old while I am 28, making it inappropriate. I have saved screenshots of our conversations where I clearly refused to send any nude images. I am taking precautions to safeguard myself as false accusations can have serious consequences. This user should be banned to prevent such actions from causing harm. They offered me money for nude photos, which I declined, citing personal reasons. My Snapchat username is Queen Dee 😈🐍. I request copies of our discussions to support my case if I involve the authorities.

After resetting my phone, I found myself logged out of my Snapchat account. Even though my phone number was verified before, I can't access the email linked to my Snapchat. I attempted to receive a verification code through my phone, but Snapchat keeps displaying a message stating that "resetting the password via phone number is not available." It advised me to try using an email or reach out to support for further assistance.

My daughter's account dgaudet76 has been hacked, and the hacker has gained access to a very personal video of my 14-year-old daughter. They removed her phone number from the account and changed the password, preventing her from accessing it. They have also sent screenshots of personal conversations my daughter had, and we are pursuing legal action. Please deactivate the account or remove the hacker from it, or return control of the account to my daughter. Authorities have instructed me to contact Snapchat and inform you that individuals are sharing "child pornography" on your platform through these hackers. Thank you.

I recently visited my uncle and tried to log into my Snapchat but couldn't due to login issues. After several unsuccessful attempts, I tried the password reset option with my email but realized my email had been changed. Hello, I recently made a new Snapchat account and added a few friends all at once. Unfortunately, my account has been locked a few times, but I managed to unlock it. However, today when I tried adding more friends, my account was temporarily locked again. Hello, I'm Austin. Yesterday, my Snapchat account under the username austtiin was deleted for violating terms of service by posting a linked ad to my OnlyFans account. I acknowledge that I should have been more aware of the terms of service, and I realize now that as a Snapchat user, posting such content was a mistake. Hello, I am reaching out because I am struggling to navigate Snapchat and deal with harassment on the platform. I believe Snapchat should have rules against threats, harassment, and bullying. I reported a user named "stekpablo" who was harassing me. Even after blocking him, he shared pictures of me without my consent, made threats to extort money, and continues to intimidate me. I have tried reporting him multiple times, but the issue persists. I was initially hesitant to block him immediately to monitor if he would post the photos.
