My Snapchat account got hacked and the hacker changed the associated email. I currently have access to the original email my account was created under. My bitmoji shows the hacker in England, but I am in Michigan, USA. The hacker messaged my contacts asking for money, leading to my account being locked. I can provide any needed information to confirm ownership. Losing this account would mean losing hundreds of contacts and memories, as I rely on Snapchat for communication. Despite contacting Snapchat through their help form and Twitter with no luck, I remain hopeful for a resolution. This situation over the weekend has been distressing, but I am determined to regain access. Thank you for any assistance.

My son unfortunately passed away almost a year ago. I suspect some important information regarding his final moments could be on his Snapchat account. Several of his friends mentioned he shared some videos just before his death. As his only family left, I am determined to get to the bottom of what happened. Now that things have settled down, I plan to speak with the Chief of Police regarding this matter. I believe his Snapchat account is crucial in understanding the events leading up to his passing. Can anyone advise me on how to access his Snapchat account for that crucial time frame without necessarily having a Death Certificate? Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Hey there, I'm Amina. I recently had an issue with my iPhone X in Pakistan where my little cousin attempted to unlock it multiple times, permanently locking me out. Since I don't have access to a laptop or computer I had connected it to previously, I can't regain entry to my phone. I had installed the DUO Mobile app for two-factor authentication on my social media accounts, but now I'm unable to access it due to being locked out of my phone, leading to me losing access to my Snapchat account. Upon reaching out to DUO Mobile's customer support, they couldn't assist me. They advised me to contact Snapchat to remove the 2FA passcode, but unfortunately, Snapchat's customer support seems unreachable as there are no real persons to talk to, and I couldn't find solutions online either. My account was compromised on Tuesday, September 15, [redacted]. The hacker changed the phone number associated with my account, but I am unsure if they altered the email as well. Despite submitting various support requests over the past five days, I have not received any response. When attempting to reset my password via email, I do not receive the reset link email after inputting my email address. I have diligently checked my inbox and spam folders without any success. The longer the hacker retains access to my account, the more uneasy I become. I am seeking any assistance available to regain control of my account. I received a suspicious Snapchat message from a friend requesting my phone number and subsequently a verification code, which I provided without much thought. Subsequently, I received a notification that my account password was changed without my authorization. Although I requested the password change to be halted, I have not received any email with instructions on changing my password. Concernedly, another friend received a similar message from the hacker. I implored my friends to refrain from engaging and to report my account as hacked. There are invaluable photos and personal information stored in my account that I cannot bear to lose or have exposed to a stranger. Regaining access to my account is crucial to me. Your assistance is greatly appreciated.

I experienced an issue with my Snapchat account recently. When I attempted to log in on my iPad, I was asked if I wanted to save the password to the device. Without much thought, I selected No. Immediately after, I was logged out and temporarily banned. After a few hours, I regained access but experienced glitches, especially when messaging certain friends. Despite trying various fixes, the problems persisted. Eventually, I resorted to deleting and reinstalling the app. To my surprise, upon reinstallation, I found myself permanently locked out of my account.

Hello, I wanted to report that my Snapchat account was compromised on September 23rd around 10:57. I managed to regain access and updated my password, email, and phone number associated with the account. However, I was subsequently logged out with a message stating my account was still compromised. Despite waiting 24 hours as advised, I have been unable to regain access as my account remains locked. I have not used any third-party apps or violated any Snapchat guidelines. As my account holds almost four years of memories and is how I communicate with family and friends abroad, I am eager to regain access. I need assistance with my Snapchat account. Previously, my two-factor authentication was linked to my old phone number in Jordan, +[redacted]06. Due to issues with my Snapchat application not loading snaps, I tried numerous troubleshooting steps but eventually uninstalled the app. However, I am currently in Spain with a new phone number, +34 [redacted] [redacted] [redacted]. When attempting to log back in, Snapchat is sending the verification code to my old Jordanian number which I cannot access from Spain. I have my Jordanian SIM card with me, but it won't help as I can't receive the SMS code. My WhatsApp is still tied to the old number. My Snapchat has been glitchy for the past two days, so I uninstalled and reinstalled it to see if that would resolve the issue. However, when I attempted to log back in, it kept saying my password was incorrect. I've been using the same password for about three years. I tried using both my current and old phone numbers, but that didn't work. I also attempted three different email addresses, but none of them helped me regain access to my account. It's important for me to keep my account as I have contacts on there who I can only reach through Snapchat.

This hacker has been sending misleading posts to lure in other unsuspecting victims. I was tricked into believing I was speaking with a friend, only to later discover that my friend had also been hacked, and the individual I conversed with was the hacker. Unfortunately, I granted them access to my account, and they subsequently changed my email, password, and phone number associated with the account. Recently, another individual fell prey to the hacker, mistaking them for me. The hacker even sent a selfie from my account to this person, causing confusion and distress. I have reached out to Snapchat multiple times without any response. I am urgently requesting assistance in deleting my account, as the hacker continues to exploit it to deceive others into compromising their own security. I fear for the safety of the private information stored on my account and the potential harm that the hacker may cause while posing as me.
