I had to change my phone number due to safety concerns and now I am unable to reset my Snapchat password as I no longer have access to my previous number. Despite reaching out to customer support multiple times, I have received no assistance apart from automated responses stating they can't help me without access to my previous number. When attempting to reset my password via email, the code is sent to my old number instead of my email, which is frustrating and makes no sense. I am extremely frustrated and just want a different way to change my password and verify my identity. It's hard to believe I am the only one facing this issue after changing my number. The lack of support and customer service is disheartening, and I hope to find a solution soon.

My account, Kyrasoldo22, was hacked today. The hacker changed all my information, including the two-factor authentication details. Despite reaching out to customer support multiple times, I have not received a response. I am concerned because the hacker now has access to private photos and personal information on my Snapchat. My friends have also been contacted, and they are worried about their own information being compromised. I feel helpless as no one has assisted me yet. Please help me regain access to my account so I can continue using it.

Hello Snapchat Support, Today, I attempted to update the email address and phone number associated with my Snapchat account. However, I encountered a problem as I couldn't recall my password despite multiple attempts with various combinations. Consequently, I was logged out and now find myself unable to reset the password using the outdated email or phone number linked to the account. I can confirm the old email address as [redacted], although I no longer have access to it. My new email is now [redacted], and my new phone number is [redacted]. I would greatly appreciate any assistance in regaining access to my account, as it contains valuable photos and messages. If additional information is required, please let me know. I lost my phone yesterday and have been unable to locate it. Fortunately, I have battery left on the device and can use Find My iPhone. The issue is I can't recall my Apple ID password, but I do know it's saved in my Snapchat memories. I have my Snapchat login details, but no access to my phone to retrieve the Apple ID password. I wasn't aware I would need a security code as I've never logged in from another device. My lost phone number is [redacted]. I would appreciate assistance in accessing my account without my phone. I accidentally unlinked my phone number from my main Snapchat account while creating a new one, as I had no email linked. Now I can't remember the password to my main account and there's no phone or email for a reset. I've reached out via email but haven't received a response. Hello, I'm experiencing an issue with my account. For about a week, I've been unable to log in. Every time I try, I receive an error message saying, "oops there is something wrong please try again." I attempted to reset my password, but even after successfully resetting it, I still encounter the same issue upon logging in. Additionally, when I tried to create a new account, I was prevented from creating a password due to the same error appearing. Strangely, my girlfriend can log into my account from her iPhone without any problems, so I suspect the issue may be specific to my Android phone. I don't believe my account has been hacked, but it remains inaccessible to me. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

My Snapchat account was hacked after falling for a scam. I was tricked into sharing important information. The hacker took over a friend's account and messaged me pretending to be her. I thought she needed help with makeup votes, and she asked for my phone number to add me to a "Snapchat circle." Believing it was for business, I shared the code I received via text and a screenshot. After that, I was logged out, my password and phone number were changed, and a new account was created using my number. I've tried emailing Snapchat multiple times since 1am with no response. I deactivated the fake account, but I'm unsure what steps to take next as I can't reset my password through my original email.

In [redacted], I created an account that I am unable to access now because I cannot remember the Gmail account associated with it. This has been bothering me since the summer of [redacted], and I have tried to regain access without success. I recall some of the passwords I used and can provide T-Mobile records showing the phone I used to create the account. The memories stored in that account are precious to me, and I am desperate to retrieve them. Despite my efforts, Snapchat has not been helpful, and I feel like I have exhausted all other options. I am willing to go to great lengths to recover this account, even offering to verify my identity via FaceTime. Please assist me in any way possible as I am at a loss on what to do next.

Hello, I'm feeling frustrated because I recently purchased a new phone and transferred all my data before logging into Snapchat, which requires Google Authenticator on my old device. Unfortunately, I can't access my account without the verification code. I wish I had dealt with this before wiping my old phone, as I'm now unable to log in. I am concerned as someone has created a Snapchat account using my son's name and sent spam messages to his friends. My son didn't have Snapchat on any device at that time. One of his friends managed to change the password and shared the login details with my son, but we couldn't access the account. This is cyberbullying, and I need to identify the individuals responsible. The account in question is Aryan2020. Any information to help report this to the authorities would be greatly appreciated. I need assistance recovering my Snapchat account. The recovery email and phone number have been changed, making it impossible to reset my password. The Snapchat team has not provided any support so far. I want to regain access to my account. If that's not feasible, could my account be deleted so I can create a new one with the same username, which is my actual name.

I suspect that Safaa, my former best friend, has escalated the situation by changing the emails and passwords to my social media accounts after our friendship ended. This gives her access to my personal information, and I am concerned she may share it. Despite my requests, she has refused to return my accounts. Tomorrow is my deadline to retrieve them. I am experiencing issues with my Snapchat account. It suddenly logged me out, claiming that my phone number and email are not linked and that my password is wrong, which I am certain is not the case. I have attempted to reset my password and re-link my phone number and email, but the system does not recognize them. I have only ever had one phone number and I have tried both of my email addresses. I just received my new iPhone today. When I tried to log in to Snapchat, I couldn't remember my password. I requested a code to be sent to my phone, but it never arrived. Then I recalled a code my daughter used when signing me up, and fortunately, I still had it. However, when I tried to enter the code, Snapchat prompted me to create a new account. Now, I have two accounts, and I can't delete the second one. I need help sorting out this situation.

I uninstalled the Snapchat app to fix a bug issue, but when I tried to reinstall it on my iPhone, my card was declined. The app still sends the verification code to my old phone number that I no longer have access to since getting a new number. I've reached out to Snapchat support and customer service through email, but they couldn't assist due to security reasons. I've sought help from various sources, but nothing seems to resolve the issue. This lock is supposed to be temporary, yet it persists. My account holds many memories and connections that I value, and I wish to regain access without resorting to creating a new account.
